Just received a call from 1-800-877-7858, the woman left her name as "Mary Joan", she named where she was calling from as " Nationwide Credit Inc. Vestal New York. She gave a file no. and when I called back, I left a voicemail that I called and to have someone call me back. We'll see if I ever hear back from them.

Lady  identified herself as "Mary Jones"  with a credit agency left a case number, in my answer machine, regarding to someone having a same last name as mine. I didn't bother returning the call.

Got a phone call from that number, from a Ryan Cummings at extension 232253.  He said he was a federal regulator and referenced my last employer.  I got laid off over a year ago.  I was running late for a doctor's appointment and so i just said, "I'll take a message for him."  He replied, "Never mind.  I see he's gigging around town.  I'll catch him at one of his shows."  True, I am a musician but, unfortunately, our band makes absolutely no money gigging.  So if this is a legit debt collector, I expect to get served at a gig.  Ha!

I don have any outstanding debt with this so call debt collector and they keep calling
