- Mon| 1 replyThis is a courtesy call from a company like Kay Jewelers to let you know that you are past due on your payment.
- Caller: Kay Jewelers
- Call type: Event reminder
- Bill Storms| 2 repliesI received a call today, September 5, 2007 from this number advising me that I was in receipt of an important call from my jeweler which from other calls I have received I am sure the jeweler is Kay Jewelers. I refuse to answer and/or call back. I believe that the caller is associated with a collection agency but we have never had, do not have and do not plan to ever have an account with Kay Jewelers!
- jimmyI also received a call from a blocked number. I did not pick up. They left a voicemail. Sure enough, they told me it was important message from my jeweler and to call them back at 800-877-8194.
The funny thing of it is, I have never done business with any jeweler other than my local buddy. My guess is that this may be an attempt by one of my bill collectors to contact me.- Caller: unknown
- Maggie| 1 replyReceived a call from the above number but no one would say anything so I hung up.
- AndrewReceived over 30 calls this week "This is an important call from your jewler..." as many have noted. I do not have a Jeweler, nor do I owe any money.
Tried calling the number 1-800-877-8194, not a valid number.
Apr 27, 2008 - Pacific Coast"This is a call from your jeweler, please call us back at 1-800-877-8194. Our representative.... our hours are Monday-Thursday... and Friday from..." I've been getting this voicemail on my cell phone two days in a row now. July 2008.
- tripKeep receiving calls at our company office from 800-877-8194. At first they would leave a automated message saying they were a jeweler and need to speak to you . Now they hang up every time we answer. They call several times a day. We think they are trying to locate an employee of ours.
- Caller: ?
- ouchthatburns replies to Bill Storms| 1 replyActually there are 2-3 large jewelery chains that are owned by the same company as Kays and also use this collections number, so it does not just have to be Kays Jewelers calling you.
I know I would be worried if a jeweler was calling me telling me I owed money and I didn't, simply because it could potentially be id fraud, so it seems advisable to handle these calls in such a situation. - draws09It is from a Jewler reminding me that I was late on a payment
- Caller: Jared Galleria of Jewlery
- LLMCall several times a day and then they hang up. Annoying
- tinathey called me with this number many times on my cell phone in one day without leaving a voicemail. i called them back with the house phone and it said that it was sterling jewelers inc. which i have never heard of in my life and wonder why they are calling me. i think its a scam.
- Caller: sterling jeweler inc.
- AmandaThey won't stop calling- for days and then again 4 times today since 8 am. Had to change phone number but won't take effect until 72 hours. Told them to stop and remove from calling list but they won't.
- Joe Bob replies to MonThis company also is J. B. Robinson Jewelers, Marks and Morgan Jewelers as well as Kay Jewelers nad Jared.
- Past DueSterling Jewelers is the parent company of Kay Jewelers, Marks and Morgan, J B Robinson and Kay Jewelers and they use NUMEROUS 800#'s as well as local area codes in different regions.
- CameronJust fyi: I think we are all people of identify theft. I just called the number and someone named "Daniel" was late paying jewelery (never made a payment and used my phone number and information.)
Just a heads up!

- Tired replies to MaggieI just got a call from this number at 2:39am, so naturally when I answered I wasn't exactly nice, they didn't say a thing and hung up.
- SuzHave had about 5 messages on voice mail from 800-877-8194 over the past few days - "important call from your jewler". Answered the phone this morning and it was Shaw's Jewlers (so they said) and they were looking for my metally disabled sister-in-law who has never shopped at Shaws and doesn;t live with us. Wouldn't tell me what it was in reference to, and the caller (a woman) was fairly short with me. Wouldn't talk to me about details even after I said the person she was calling for couldn't speak for herself. She insisted on having the name of her guardian (I didn't give it), then said we could call the 800 number to verify. Haven't tried that yet, don't want to be ID'd on their caller ID. If it's a matter of identity theft, I'd like to get it cleared up. My sis-in-law doesn't even have a credit card! So... all this is just for others who may need to know. I have no idea what this is about, but it doesn't sound legit to me.
- Caller: Shaw's Jewlers
- StephenUsed by Wiesfield jewelers as well. Won't leave a message and didnt let the phone ring long enough to get the phone out of my pocket and answer it.
- Caller: Weisfield jewelers
- Call type: Debt collector

- Big JohnBeginning Tues, Nov 25, 2014, I received a couple of calls from the (202) area code. Then one from (303), followed by 407.
Today one from 850. These are all just music on hold, but now I started receiving "Private Number" (blocked). They are claiming to be from Jared Galleria of Jewelry and asking Steven Baker. I'm not Steven Baker and I've never visited Jared Jewelers let alone purchase something from them. They ask me to call them back at (800) 877-8194.- Caller: Jared Galleria of Jewelry-probably bogus
