Company agent of a Competetive Power energy service, NOT related to CL&P of CT.   Agent such as Ana Sanchez  Has victims ID and uses that info to coax a change of service from CL&P to another energy provider.  Their call ba  ck number was give to me as 1-800-877-8901.     Word of advice:   Don't agree to any exchnge of info with ANY company or agent!    Do not verify any of their info EVEN if they give you accurate info back, get a call back number by insisting that you can barely hear them and need to call them back.   That gives you time to verify the call back number via internet and via the CL&P or other companies in question.   ALWAYS ask for what ever issue is being discussed, to be mailed to you for proper revew and don't give them your address, since supposedly they already have it.   Also ask them to remove your phone number from their callers list and inform them that you arenot to be called since your phone number is on a govermental No Call List, and they are in violation of such list.   CL&P reported to me that they have no agents calling for Cancellation of Service or ANY such DEPARTMENT.   Do your homework, Best of luck.

I'm very unhappy with this calls. A lady who's named is Luisa Rosario called and she was very unprofessional and she insult my self.

Franklin Casado at 1-800-877-8901 is calling Spanish speaking residents in the Baltimore City area, stating his company, which does not have a name, is offering energy assistance on behalf of BGE.
During the call, Mr. Casado emphasizes that according to their records your electricity is going to be cut off within few weeks; therefore you should make a payment through them to avoid the disconnect.
If you request specifics about their company, Mr. Casado gives the spin and advises you he will call you back later. You may report this issue to your energy service company or to your local Police Department because this seems to be a scam.
