Received as Unknown or Restricted call, the voice mail that was left was a recording that used this as the callback number along with an account number to reference but no names. I happened to recognize part of the account number given, cross referenced the information and called the number to get the callers name. This is a third party billing company for doctors offices or clinics. Because the call is Restricted or Private the only way to find out which doctor or office it's for before you actually talk to them is to try to match the account number they reference in the voice mail they left with one of your doctor bills.
