    what proceedings are they talking about.  I got a call and could not understand what they were saying.. the phone number was muffled.  Not calling anyone back.

    They’ve called me 3 times today
    I called back 1 said they were with social security offices.  Very hard to understand and I hung up.  Very suspicious and I call bs.
