They called and told me I had won a prize and aqtrial membership in their travelers club.  When I went to cancel I couldn't get through as the phones were too busy. Then they gave me an e-mail address that when I tried to entrance it I couldn't.  I wante to cancel my  account before the trial period is up.

Call from female told me i would recieve free travel deals that were mine to keep and I had 14 days to opt out at no charge. Iopted out before the 14 days they still took $149.00 out of my checking account. Talked to them three times and they said they sent me a refund check in the mail. The last time I talked to them was 9/22/09. Now I Can't contact them is there anything I can do to recover my loss.
