this phone number was calling me and did not know who it was and asked to stop calling me

This number wont stop calling me either.  Who is it?!

They kept saying i owed money in a state ive never been. Harrassing phone calls. Couldnt tell me why i owed money insisting i leave my cc info.

Called looking for my sister in law, saying he was from a law firm and had a subpoena for her for court, and had sent it to an address she hasn't lived at in 13 years. How they got my number I have no idea. Just said that she needed to contact soon, it was time sensitive and would put the matter off or something to that effect. the number the gentleman called from was a local number to my area, so I knew right away it was bull crap. I looked up online court cases. She has none.
I don't even have contact with her, think it rather humorous.  

Called saying I owed Wells Fargo money from an overdrafted account. I've never had a Wells Fargo account. They couldn't give me any details and called me by my old last name. Then they threatened me with arrest. During the whole phone call they never asked for any updated contact info. They asked for my cc info instead.
