wife received call from female, would not leave her name or company name.  Left wife with impression was a "personal" call.  saw number on suspicious number list, so have not called.

Caller left a reference number to call,I called number and never talked to anyone but did get a directory to listen to,and finally got an answering machine and left a message and they never called back.
 Also the message they did leave had something to do with patient accounts.

Got a call, called back, 'patient account reference #" they had left on my message machine.  When I asked patient account for what Dr they merely said will have you been a patient in the last year.  i said'Where"? and they refused to tell me but wanted my personal information verified by giving my ss#, etc.  I told her she was crazy if she thought I would give some random person this information!  If it is Tenet, they need some new collectors who keep up with paid accounts and identify themselves!

Lady left a message saying it was a personal matter and gave a reference number but did not give her name or company. My machine says if you dont leave a message and I dont know you I will not call you back, that includes not saying who you are!

This is NCO Financial Services (may show up on CallerID as MCO Financial).  They called to talk with a person who does not live at our number (they moved about a year and a half ago).  I told them that the person no longer lives at this number and they said they would remove our number from their list (they haven't though - they call back several times a day so I am reporting them and filing charges against them for harrassment).

This company collects money for different hospitals.  so if you go to the hospital, and you didn't pay in full or don't have insurace or something to cover the bill, that hospital may hire this company or one similar to collect was is owed to them.

I just got a call from this number in referance to my daughter.. Come on ppl just call them back and let atleast talk to them and they will work with you.....

These people had the nerve to call my under age niece who's phone number I dont know how the got and asked then to have me call them at this number. REALLY???? I want to know what resources they are using to get underage kids cell phone numbers. I pay my hospital bills and shouldnt have any calls like this. it's crazy with the way the economy is why would they bother people for money when we are paying $4.00 a gallon for gas. it's bulls***!!!!

Returned their call. They declined to say who they were but wanted my personal information. I suggested they write if they had an issue, since I always pay my bills. The whole insurance system is so screwed up, now they harrass you for their own mistakes and to make more profit about of people's sickness.

I called and finally talked to a person.They told me it was about a bill from 2007 from a medical service.They also said they had sent me several notices in the mail(I never received them)then they tried to verify my address and they said they had the wrong address so I gave them the correct one.This was more than a year ago.I had also told them that if I received a detailed billing in the male that indicated what this is for and that if I can verify that this is legitimate I would pay.I still have not received anything in the mail and Im definatly not going to pay someone over the phone any moneys to an unverfiable account.

Just call?  I called back six times and kept getting hung up on even before they said hello.  I know they answered because i could here background voices.  I had been doing this between customers for days.  They finally figured my intransigence in calling wasn't going to stop, so this one lady finally said "hello"  - not a business greeting.  I asked her not to hang up on me please and she didn't. I explained these calls were getting out of control. She claimed it is a patient billing company. Found my ph # in the database with some other company not person, but company.  Then she suggested that some other person probably used our number of reference.  I have owned my own business for 12 yrs.  I have never had any other employees.  After repeating my number several times, she claims to have put a note not to call bcse it is a place of business for 12 yrs and that there is no one by the name they think it is.  We'll see in the next few days if they stop.

Kept wanting me to give them my daughters number since she's 19 and wouldn't talk to me. Told them their choice was to speak to me or get nowhere as they harrass and I won't have it happening to her as well. Wouldn't speak to me or give any details. I can't understand what they say on the message. Some kind of patient accounts street Joseph. No clue. I pay my bills. I called the only 3 places it could be and we are in the clear.

Son got a call saying it was an important call. No name, no reference number just telling him to call them back. I told him just erase it.

This is a scam. It is a bill collector. They pose as a hospital billing company and tell you that your insurance did not pay your bill. Then they want you to pay by credit card along with your SECURITY CODE and SOCIAL SECURITY!!!  Well, I called my hospital billing and they said my bill was paid in full and in fact was due a refund.  These people are liars and they will also send you a letter on which they are supposed to say they are a bill collector but they don't which breaks the law. They are a subsidiary of Financial Corporation of America, a  bottom feeder of all collectors. The hospital said they don't use them and they never reported me because I don't owe anything.  I got hung up on when I argued with them. Then I called back and asked the woman if she even knew who she was working for. She said she did not.  They also use a bogus P.O. Box on their payment coupon which the hospital never heard of. What tipped me off after the letter was they spelled my name and street wrong and none of the numbers matched. Please beware of these people. They are not who they seem to be.

I rec'd a call from this number today at my place of business!! I cannot get personal calls there! Take 979-865-1811 off the phone list. Thank you!!

I received a call, this morning.. They said they are a billing service for one of the hospitals in our town.  I did used them and have an outstanding balance, but have been making regular payments.  This company didn't have my payments posted and said I owed the full balance.  I told them to find out where my payments posted and fix it because I have my cancelled checks. We'll see what happens....

This company is calling me for my step fathers bill. I don't know how they got my phone number since I am not involved with his business, he passed away and they keep calling me demanding I send them a death certificate, I told them the only thing I will send them is a cease and desist letter from my attorney. If that doesn't work, I'll sue them.
