- Annoyed with DRG (Frickin Liars)Not sure if you all have read my previous posts... But, let me tell you... Please read the other posts that I have done... They are not a law firm. They are not in the Bar Association of Nevada. Their supposed lawyers are also not registered with the Bar Association of Nevada. Their address matches nothing. Their phone numbers also do not match anything.
Every time they call and leave a message like that, they ARE BREAKING THE LAW AND VIOLATING YOUR RIGHTS! I have already filed against them with my Attorney General. I have also sent them a cease and desist letter in regards to their phone calls, etc. Plus, I contacted the Bar Association of Nevada and they are investigating them now.
Do me a favor and do the same. Scum like this need to be wiped out. And how do we do that? Use the law! Yeah, if they are lawyers, I would love to know where they got their papers from? A Crackerjack Box? MORONS!- Caller: DRG & ASSOCIATES
- bobaletaI got a call on MY home phone from 702-47-5240 looking for my daughter about a fraud case coming up at our county court. Whereas my daughter had spending problems during an extreme manic episode of her bi-polar disorder, I figured that it could be possible and forwarded her the information. She called back the 800-880-5506 # and was told that she had a $500+ debt with a local dept store and that she was being taken to court for "fraud." They told her that they could settle over the phone with a credit card. She has no money or credit cards and she has settled her debt with the bank that she written checks that bounced for lack of funds 5 years ago, in the recent past.
ARG Associates of Las Vegas, Nevada don't seem to have a web site for me to check, but they get a lot of press when you "Google" their name and phone numbers.- Caller: ARG Associates

I have also received these calls. Mr. Dixon(deputy) and Terry Mills from DRG & Assoc. also divulged information to my work, being rude and cursing at my co-workers and leaving the same messages on my phone. Who are these people? When debts are paid why do they keep trying to call and use scare tactics a civil suit etc., If we can stop them that would be 1 for the people sticking up for ourselves.- Call type: Debt collector
- Annoyed with DRG (Frickin Liars)| 2 repliesMr. Spencer. Mr. Dixon. Terry Mills... I guess that is "Legal Processor, Jennifer Mills" relative who also work for the "Law Firm" of D.R.G. & Associates. Why don't you ask Mr. Dixon for his "Badge" number?
They are all a bunch of lying garbage.
Next time they say anything like, civil suit, fraud, etc... Tell them they are breaking the law. When they contact a third party (relative, work, etc.) they are breaking the law. These morons need to be stopped.
A month ago, I send them a letter for complete verification of the supposed Law Suit they were filing against me... Gee Whiz, guess what they have not sent to me yet???
Please read my previous posts on here to stop these idiots in their tracks. There is not a law firm on EARTH that is going to tell you they are investigating you. Plus, check your Judicial website in the state you live in. Why? Because they haven't filed a damn thing. Because they really representatives of the law or anything else. They are breaking the law saying they are an officer of the court.
Band together and put these scumbags behind bars...- Caller: D.R.G. $ Associates

- Fighting Back replies to Annoyed with DRG (Frickin Liars)| 1 replyThese people are leaving threatening messages on my mom and brother's phones. The threats are similar to the above posters; very scary stuff, giving out case numbers and threatening to send warrants. DRG (or whoever they are) keep asking for me about a loan I never took out and have absolutely no recollection of. They told me there is a civil case pending - I told them I have no idea what you're talking about.
I am getting an attorney involved; however, I would like to have some advice on how to file complaints/press charges, etc. I agree with the above poster - let's band together and put these people where they belong. - Annoyed With DRG (Frickin Liars) replies to Fighting BackHello...
For information on how to start the process... Please see the first page and one of my posts gives you the websites/forms to send to them (if they even know how to read).
Please inform anyone you know NOT to return their phone calls... And even speak to them. They are trying to get some sort of rise out you/your family/co-workers. What they are actually doing is breaking every single consumer law there is in regards to debt collection, etc.
Keep track of all communication from them. What was said, etc. Every single name that has come from them is NOT associated with the Bar Association Of Nevada. They are not the police, an attorney, or even a human being with morals, etc. They are total and utter garbage that needs to be flushed down the toilet.
Before you can begin the below information... They MUST send you a letter stating the original creditor/amount... It will not be sufficient. Trust me. From that point, please use the information below to get you started on DESTROYING them.
http://fair-debt-collection.com
To get started here is the website for you... all forms can be saved on your computer and then you can fill them out and send them. Please keep track of what you have sent and follow their directions on the process. Included are Initial Dispute/Stop Phone Calls/Follow Up Dispute, etc.
In regards to Debt Validation... They are to provide the name/amount of the original creditor. However, stop them in their tracks, because in an "in addition to" dispute letter... Ask them for the Date of the Original Debt/Original Amount/Any and ALL signed paperwork/Payment History/When the Account Went Delinquent/When it came in their office...
Keep all records... including their mail to you... Copy it... send all your paperwork and DRG's information in with your Attorney General information (Each state has one, just go into their website and what you want to do is file a consumer complaint).
GOOD LUCK... Everyone needs to put these slimes away. - BYEBYE DRGScam...scam...scam...scam...scam...scam...

- Annoyed with DRG... FRICKIN LIARS replies to PeachesI have not heard from these losers since the start of August. Of course, they were served a cease and desist order on June 16th... Then, they called and left several vru messages, plus a couple of messages from Stacey Rogers (what a joke) about the "case".
The calls started back up in mid July and lasted to the first week of August. So, they have broken the "Law" which they claim they are.
The Nevada Bar Association is still working on this (I turned over the "Law" office when this stupidity began. Plus, the Attorney General in the state I live is dealing with it.
Please make it known... These idiots have had around 6 or 7 names in the last year... Check and Credit Services, PRG, IRG, DRG, Sandra Law, and now, according to Peaches, Regional Law Court.
The only "regional" thing about them is that they are a bunch of stupid liars! - NLMy boss forwarded me a voicemail today & said this msg was in his voicemail. It was Mark Spencer. He's called me many times and I never answer the phone. He had the nerve to call today & ask for my boss....WTF....and why is it every time he calls the last thing he says is good luck...good luck? good luck I don't find out where you live & harrasss you too!!!

pretending to be attornies, threatening to sue you. all are false threats. please report to the nys attorney general's office at 716-853-8416. this company IS NOT in columbus OHIO. using many name variations and call spoofing to hide where they are.
another buffalo based agency - NancyReceived a call from a Mark Spencer at work. Said it was for a debt and they would send it to the lawyers tonight if I didn't call back by 9 tonight from 617-861-8362 and gave me the # 800-880-5506 option 1. Told him not to call me at work or any other number they have been trying to reach me at.
Still wouldn't listen when I said that they are not allowed to harrass you at your place of employment. I finally hung up.- Call type: Debt collector
- Elaine| 1 replyHave they ever called you from a local. I just got a call and the Caller ID showed as my local court house. I couldnt talk so i asked to call back, and they gave me the 800-880-5506. Now i'm a little leary. Has this happen to anyone else?

- JeanieI too received a call from 800-880-5506 at work. My coworker took the message from 'Mr. Dixon.' He told my coworker it was extremely important for me to call him back about a pending legal matter. I gave the number to my husband, who LOVES to put people like this in their place. If they had an office close, he would go kick their ass!! My questions is HOW did they get my name and work number??? Kinda scary!
- Caller: IVR Financial
- What Name Should I Use? replies to LTPRG? DRG? IRG? Check and Credit Services? Oh, pick a name... that is what they will use next. These losers have finally, after several months called again. Ah. I love it when there is an idiot doing stupid things that are against the law.
Yeah... Here we go again.
Everyone... REPORT THEM TO THE FTC and ATTORNEY GENERAL! Threats are against the law. And, trust me, these morons will do anything and try everything under the sun except FOLLOW the law. - What Name SHould I Use replies to ElaineElaine... yes, they have used numbers in New York, DC, Ohio, my home state... Nevada, etc. They cloak the number so they do not show up for where they are really calling from.
If you are worried... Contact your state Judiciary Website and see if your name is listed for any pending court cases. My bet... you are not...
You will be fine. - sylviathey cloak their number as a number from my area code. When I google that number, its to a residence in Jackson, MS. Everything they do is illegal, so they dont care what they threaten you with. If they get in hot water, they just change their name. If you have gotten into their system, I pity you. At least I dont get nervous anymore, I just start laughing at them and tell them to bring their happy a$$e$ on and arrest me. That I am not going to pay this bill since they cannot prove I owe them anything. Now I just have fun with them. I put them on hold, and pick up every once in a while to let them know "shes coming" (they call on my work number) I downloaded an obnoxious ring tone to my cell (its over 30 seconds long and loud) and hold it to the mouthpiece on the phone. I put them on hold and forward the call to a prank phone call number ( The "Get Over It" Hotline: 267-436-5063) or even better yet, the attorney generals office for my state. (thats my personal favorite this week)
Of course, I understand that every one does not have this option when these scum harass you at work or at home, but OH DEAR LORD does it make me feel better to harass them back. I know it wont do any real damage, but since it appears that they are proficient in skirting the law, Oh well. And since they wouldnt report you, to avoid bringing the same powers that be down on them, lets turn it around on them. Sign them up for any and all telemarketing emails and phone calls you can. Especially give their numbers to payday loan companies from the internet.- Caller: Check and Credit Services, PRG, IRG, DRG, Sandra Law, and now, according to Pea
- uscalifThey just called me too. When I asked him to spell out who his company's name was after mummbling it to me three times, he said he'd disconnect my call because I wouldn't give him any personal information so he'd know who to direct my call to. He also sounded like a telemarketer, and I think I heard phone room background noise.
