went to my voicemail...recorded message cut off the beginning saying please hold for a representative then a woman comes on says hello and hangs up.  I can't find this number in any search.  Any clues?

Called @ 9.00 p.m. When I Answer, a voice says: PLEASE HOLD, ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE SPEAK WITH YOU - BLA-BLA-BLAA... When I Called Back

Call goes to voice mail and nothing there. Currently getting two calls a day. Who is this?

This is clearly a collection agency.  I managed to get past the initial "...it is important" message only to get to the second message which was "You have reached ER Solutions...please call back during normal business hours."  I am not sure about the name. It could be AR Solutions too,  The messages was amateurish and slurred a bit.
