    It's most likely a scam. The recording says it's Verizon and that you have won $174 off next month's billing statement. All you need to do is go to the Verizon website (they add a couple numbers to the address) and log in to your account to redeem it. Yeah right. Maybe it's not a scam but I'm not risking it.
