It's Monitronics alarm service - dumped them months ago because of their overcharging practices.

Yes Monotronics , shady business, do not do business with these people

I have had to call back this company back they have the wrong person, wrong number, they insist to keep calling how annoying. I was hoping the first time calling this company back telling that the number they called is wrong # & wrong person the calls would of stopped.but no. So I called them back again today & told them again they have the wrong number told them no more calls. Very odd too when I called this number back 1-800-890-6018 two times I did two a different women answered with just saying hello no company intro or nothing like a normal company usually does especially a so called security company I asked who the number was they said Monotronics,again said they would mark it down that they have the wrong number & won't call back.

A real rip-off company. My wife terminated their services months ago, paying them unearned money in the process. I've since stopped answering their call but they persist in calling looking for more money. Buyer beware. Their reputation is well deserved.

Said my mother need to pay them.  Had not paid since last year.  How they got my husbands cell phone is beyond me since my mom doesn't even know it...

These people have called me multiple times from several different phone numbers.  The woman who leaves a message mumbles  and rushes her words and is impossible to understand.  I called them back when I was finally able to make out the phone number and a name, just for curosity's sake.  They are trying to reach my daughter-in-law who had contracted with their service and did not renew her contract. Since they are unable to reach her, they called me.  I'm listed as an EMERGENCY contact  - why they are calling me about her account is beyond me.   I don't know of a legitimate security firm that would call an emergency contact about billing.

I wrote a letter (AS DIRECTED) to cancel my services.  They admit to receiving the letter but are now stating I was on a contract for an additional year.  I advised them to pull the call and see where their agent failed to advise me I was still on a contract.  They are calling me several times a day and from different numbers.  I have advised them to stop calling me and the calls continue.  Worse company to cancel services.  They are harassing me.  I have spoken to a supervisor, asked another supervisor to call (which they never did).  All I asked was to pull the call.  ....  CAN WE SAY CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!

MONITRONICS-whom I have never had and never will. Oh well, that's what call blocking is for!!
