I have been getting several calls from this #. I searched and found that it’s collection agency.

We get this call almost every night from 5:30 to 7:30 for a person who doesn't even live here!!  I have tried to leave them a message to take our number off their list; I even stayed on hold for over 40 minutes until their line finally just cut off.  And I have tried pushing "1" as they first suggest, and that goes nowhere also.  If they want to collect any money, they aren't very good at it.

We have been receiving phone calls and threats from this company. The "Gentleman" on the other end calls himself Mac. He knows our personal information and claims to have received it from my In-laws and Parents. Neither of which have given him any of our information because they do not know it. He has called us several names and has even threatened to come to our residency to collect His money. There has to be a limit on which this
"Collection Agencies" must abide by, right? I have tried to be reasonable and asked them not to call but he says that he will keep calling until he gets his @#%*&@! money. What is this world coming to?

I get a recorded message every few days in the afternoon looking for someone who must have had my number at some point.  I return the call in the evening and leave messages (sometimes angry) in the general mailbox, but the calls keep coming.

I even tried making up an extension so I could annoy one of their employees; no luck.

These people have been advised by letter, my attorney, and phone that I only communicate by mail.  They call once to twice a day and everyday on weekends.

They've called us every morning at 8:06 for the past two months from the number 866-424-8637 for someone who must have had our number in the past but we've never heard of. I called tonight around 9pm eastern time and held for about two minutes. I hung up and not two minutes later I received a call from 800-892-1460 with a live person calling to follow up. I explained the problem and he said the calls would stop in 24/48hrs. Let's see...

These [***] are scum and work strictly off scare tactics. They have somehow managed to get a judgment against a relative who didn't owe any money to them; the original creditor or anyone else for that matter. I am researching this matter right now and looking for a piece of their Fraud ASS!

Their recording calls almost daily leaving a message for Pauline Cruler to call this phone number. Even when I'm home I get the taped message.

I get a number of calls a week leaving a message for someone we don't know requesting a call back at 1-800-892-1460. I have tried on a number of occasions to reach these fools with no success. The person they are looking for does not reside at my location and never has. Further more if this continues I will seek financial restitution for mental anguish and anything else a lawyer can come up with. In short, I WILL SUE their ass off!

This number has been calling every day for some time  and leaves a number to call back if you are not the person they are trying to reach. "Victor Merandez". I have had my number for over ten years and have never heard of the person they are trying to reach. I call and tell them this and the voice bot just keeps calling.
the reference number the voice bot gave was 198807. of course on a Sunday morning I can not get a live person to talk to... So why do they bother?

called on 1-17-2008 and spoke with "kimberly" she said that it would take 24/48 hrs to be completely removed from their system.

I've received a call from this number 3 times in two days. It's automated and says who the message is for and what the file number is. I ACTUALLY AM THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR! I think it's a collection agency. I''m going to call from a public phone to confirm. I think this company could be NCO? I think these are the first three letters used in the file number. Which is then followed by 5 numbers.

I get a call for William T Wells--not my name--demanding payment. I have called the number and talked to a hostile female. She said sue if U want to--who gives a damn. I am aretired law enforcement officer and as sonn as they drop the ball I'm going to Federal court with them.

I receive a call from these people about 3 to 6 times a day. They e asking for Racheal Hardy. There is no one here by that name. I have talked to lots of people but they are still calling,Please help

These people are calling my job after hours and leaving messages on the main switchboard voicemail so I have witnesses that they are harassing me at work.  My advice to everyone on here is to turn them over to the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau.  They will keep doing what they're doing until ALL OF US take ACTION NOW!!  We've got to do something to stop this/them!!
