some robot named "Stacy" with a recorded message.
Recorded messages to this Agency get immediately disconnected.
Did a google search and found a Warehouse in Illinois.

i try to call but no answer

They said they were from tracfone and if i didn't use my phone more often they would cut my minutes back!

They called 6/7/12 and a recording came on...........I hung up.   I am on the National do not call list and it seems that I have been getting more and more of these calls lately.   There has to be a way to stop unwanted calls.

It's a call from SafeLink telling subscribers if they don't use their phone to make a call they stand to lose their free service. Your safeLink cell phone should have the same message on it also in text format.

I go through the same song-and-dance with Safelink every month, threatening to disconnect my service if I don't use my phone.

The problem is--I live in a "dead zone" and it is a PITA trying to make or receive calls without them being dropped. If I had known this before I signed up, I wouldn't have bothered. I am ready to tell them to stick their phone where the sun doesn't shine. Tired of being hassled over sonething (else) I have no control over.

I got my phone because I was stranded one night and finally got a stranger to help me.  I am also in a dead zone and have to go to town to use it.  When I am in town I call my own phone and leave a message.  If they want it back they can have it.  It is only for emergency's anyways.  They said it was for that now they want us to use it.  But then I do have over 3 thousand minutes haha as I never use it, except to call home so they shut up.

I have one of these phones, too.  So far it's served me well -- I live in a highly technological area outside of Detroit, MI.  We have TONS of phone towers out here.  And yes, I can understand that they want you to USE it, at least once a month. as per Government guidelines.  BUT -- WHY do they have to call me 3 and 4 and 7 times A DAY?!?  It's absurd.  It's not a service -- it's rapidly becomeg a source of aggrevation.  i leave it in my handbag in the living room when I go to bed at night -- don't want to be woken up by it.

got a call that said to call 800-892-9377...safelink.
but my caller id says the call originated from 586-722-1583..
this is some sort of scam

I don't have safelink,never had it.  Still get a few calls a week

Just got a Safelink phone 2 weeks ago. The 1st hour after it was turned on, I started getting calls telling me I wasn't using it enough, and I could lose the service. I called their call center in Pakistan, and after I was passed around, I finally found someone  who at least had a small grasp of English. She told me (I think) I only need to use the phone once a month, to keep the service.....Back into the glove-box it goes.

I got a call from this number twice and they left a message. A robot call says it's Stacy calling about tracfone from Safelink. First of all, I do not own a tracfone and I do not own an account with Safelink. So, how did they get my number?
