Calling repeatedly. The recorded message only offers ONE option: Press 1 to speak to a represnetative. I pressed 1, was put on hold for 5 minutes. Suzanne answered. She said she is calling from "CARD SERVICES" located in DENVER, COLORADO and that they are a debt consolidating service. They want personal information to see if I qualify. I told her I am registered with the National Do Not Call Registery and she HUNG UP.

These people called me and seemed to know all about me; my credit cards, balances, interest rates, payment regularity.  The first person I spoke with was named Timothy Jones.  I guess he was the screeneing guy and not the fast talker.  After a few verifying questions, he put me through to one Cynthis Simmons who talked to me for about 30 minutes  She said they could lower my interest rates, save me a minimum of $2500 in interest and finance charges, and that the average interest rate that they are able to lower their customers' to is 6%.  She said it was because of my high credit score and my payment regularity that they were able to consider me...as if I was privileged to be receiving this offer.  Among a bunch of fast, friendly talk, that included figures about how much more than their fee I would save in the long run, she said their "one-time fee" was $898, and they wanted to add it to my credit card. Cynthia Simmons even gave me "her Federal ID number" and said that this call was being monitored by my credit card companies.  She also said that I would be able to pay off my credit card debt 3 - 5 times faster that if I did nothing, and that I needed to decide quickly because the banks were about to raide interest rates over 4%, the largest increase since 1987.  I also spoke with a person named Arthur Stand who was supposed to put me through to some "verification" recording, or some such, but he screwed up and accidently hung up on me.  Boy, he called me straight back, but I told him I was out of time and to call me back at 10am the next day.  So all that happened today.  I have since had time to research the and found out that they are, in all likelihood, scammers!  I specifically asked both Timothy and Cynthia if they were running a scam.  They assured me that they were not and Cynthia if they did not lower my interest rates and save me at least $2500 I would automatically be issued a refund. Sadly, I had fallen for it.  I had given them my credit card number, my mother's maiden name, and the little 3 digit number on the back of my card.  Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!  I immediately called my credit card company and had them cancel my card and issue me a new one before these folks could charge their fee.  Please do not be taken in as I was temporarily, no matter how good it sounds!

I had the SAME EXACT experience as Susan on July 10th 2013.

I filed a complaint with the FTC and had to cancel both of my cards. I didn't read her story until AFTER they had all of my information. I feel like SUCH an idiot, but they were convincing. Don't fall prey to these people. I talked to a Michael Turner first, then a "general manager" Eric Nelson, then a legal rep, "Tiffany" (she "recorded their guarantees per federal law" and finally someone named Kyle Clark called me back to confirm scheduling of something. I was so mad and panicked by that point that I told him I didn't want to confirm anything and not to call back. A few minutes after cancelling my cards with both banks (just to be sure), Eric Nelson called back from FL, CO, OH, and then NC numbers (I kept ignoring them and he kept calling). I told him I had reported them to FTC, that it was illegal to charge me for anything ($798 that was part of the $1500 they promised I would save, so they were doing be a favor right?) until services were rendered "per federal law" and that I was on the Do Not Call Registry so DO NOT call back.

Financial Savings Solutions. They have two websites with different names and same information/"guarantees". The other one is something like marketing solutions.

I hope no one else gets taken like I just did.  Financial Services said they would call my credit card company and get my interest rate reduced which would save me lots of money. Like an idiot I gave them my credit card number They told me they would be calling me Then I discovered a charge of $1295.00 on my credit card 2 days later I called them to let them know I didn't want their program.  First time I heard music forever and I ,hung up. Next time the lady finally came on the line and said they had called me   and left a message setting  an apptmnt.  up and id missed it. so I was charged. Yet nothings been done with  my interest rate .I have called my credit card co and  argued the charge . Its being debated, I feel like an Idiot.  Please know these people are crooked.   How could I have missed an apptmnt I didn't get.Now  they claim they only have to save me one eighth of the amt that was told to me before and that I could not cancel or be refunded.as long as this much was saved.  please people don't get sucked into  this scam.

I did proceed with financial savings solutions programs. I had over 18k in c.c. debt and my interest rate's were so high I would have still been paying off my cards well into retirement and I am only 38 years old! I found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. What even better is....not only did they meet my savings gurantee of 4k they surpassed it and I have actually paid of 2 of my credit cards! I am happy with the service I got and have since recommended them to all my family and friends that are victims to their creditors.

haha you people crack me up of course he or she is a "shil".. every time I get on one of these sites I just laugh and shake my head there are thousands of marketing companies out there all over the US and abroad and each one has something to sell that you either don't need or don't want maybe they work maybe they don't.. but that's not the point of these site now is it? these sites exist for complaining hell the largest one is called Complaint Wire lol people who don't know make comments about products the haven't used and consumers looking for honest info find these sites first and say " thank you for the truth" HAHAHA in this world of knowledge based power those who know don't tell and those who don't have to pay for it.
there is nothing illegal about any of these companies there methods and products are just as good as any other small business that says "we are the Best" best pizza joint best lawn service best best best that's right out side of advertising IN PRINT a Bold Face Non Factual LIE!! every company in the US can make any claim they want, the only difference that separates these companies and the rest of the worlds is the advertise over the phone, that's it !! and because of sites like these and Morons like the ones on here that call peoples companies scams having No info Never having Used the Service or Knows anyone that Has, you consumers that Don't know and are looking for answers walk away thinking they have learned something... but have now made up there mind and posted Slanders comments for the whole world to see, and before you say it no I don't work for this or any other company that is affiliated with it, I am a critical info annalist that means I collect and review info on everyone and everything. so let me give you a little insight.
Direct Marketing or Telemarketing as you like to call it is the Most effective and highly regulated form of advertising there is, the most common reason is because of how profitable it is compared to other forms of advertising, because it reaches a wider consumer base and is Much Much more affective reaching effective add sales of 65-75% as apposed to other form only reaching 10-12% shares in the projected Demographics,
WOW that's a difference!! why you ask? well it like this direct marketing is Just That Marketing Directly to the consumers most likely to Need Use and BUY your products, this is done by taking thing such as age income location marital status perchance history and Many many other factors in to account and the structuring a product and its marketing directly for that consumer, and then using incentive to get the customer to take a chance on a company that they may or may not have ever heard of before, Each and every one of these companies the uses a direct marketing firm is putting the future of the product and there company in the Firms Hands and trusting them as you do to sell and deliver that product to consumers that will like buy and enjoy that product with the hope for repeat purchases and referrals, just like every other company in the world. And it for that reason that it is so heavily policed and monitored by both law enforcement and the business world, alike. and websites like these take advantage of the regulation and create mistrust to further there own profits!! No you say that Cat be True.. well then lets just take a look around shall we?? on each and everyone of these sites is and ADD or a popup or some other type of Advert that they use to create revenue for there site But wait if no one goes to there site who will click on it??? Exactly most of the adds on sites pay on traffic that means that they make money just by you visiting there site.. that's right the second most effective form of advertising is the internet and submissive advertisements' they are designed just as a Billboard is, big and pretty and just for looking at "line of site adverts" are everywhere yet most of you think that if its on a billboard or in your paper it MUST be true!! Right ?? well Sorry Wrong again as most billboards and papers are local the are not subject to the vigorous regulation Phone marketing is, and the Fines for false adverts is Pennies compared to the fines direct marketing pays, but to be fare they don't reach as wide a market either, so they need a hook a reason to look and these site are just for that reason libellees and open forum complaints that are only for slamming companies and sure you could say something nice about a company but not without some bitter moron saying its a lie and that fact is wile there are several complaints about a complaint on any one of these sites, those complaints are usually less then 3% of the total annual sales made buy any given direct marketing campaign. but when these little Scamps get going.. well you know what they say about Opinions and A**Holes.. ha-ha.
Look the fact is rarely are companies in this type of marketing a SCAM!! are they for everyone No are they ALL the Best NO bust they all have Refund disclosers in place and Terms They go by in order to exist because with out a real company they cant get a real bank account and without a real Account they cant get a Credit Card Processor to pay them after Billing You and you're Bank WONT Pay A FAKE PROCESSOR, and if they did your V MC Amex or what ever CC has you insured for that reason.
The Real Scams Don't try and sound like some thing you could say No to or just not want.. No the real scams call and say OH No there is a security issue and we need to give you a new debt card and pin ## Please enter your current PIN# after the beep and then drain you account on a single purchase that the bank wont give you back be cause you gave out your PIN code, or they call and email you  that you wont the lottery or a prince wants to give you money, or The most common they just create a online payment system that looks like you power or phone companies web site and when you put in your card to pay your bill they empty your account!! look there a lot of bad people in the world but just because you don't know doesn't mean they are bad, and yes most companies that offer a product or service it selling something you already have or could do on your own , but not every one like to do everything on there own I pay a guy to cut my lawn, walk my dog and even babysit my hose when I'm gone  all thing that are unassay and I CAN do my self  but don't want to and some thing they do better then me anyways, like my accountant and lawyers and and and you get the point.. do your home work ask all the questions you have to ask while they are on the phone with you and make an informed choice and then stick to it.
gave them the chance they asked for  or try the product you wanted to try and if it doesn't work then follow the proper channels with that company to get a refund, and then and only then  seek out side help

You're another lying shill, and illiterate to boot. Learn how to write coherently and use paragraphs if you want to have even a small whiff of legitimacy. But I know you're incapable, so it's better that you just crawl back into the boiler room.

Update: Today I received a call from the a guy claiming to be with "Visa Fraud Insurance Division" saying that a third party, Financial Solutions, is filing a lawsuit against me for being in "breach of contract". This guy gave me the number & extension to call (here ya go by the way if you want someone to talk to: 1-800-729-3442 extension 69). When I did call, I swear I was talking to the same dude from "Visa". After telling him I absolutely did NOT agree to anything, he said "let me put you on hold for a moment while I talk to a manager, Christopher Bradshaw", not five seconds later he came back on the line and said "Ma'am I apologize for the inconvenience, after reading over your phone transcript again, it seems that we made a mistake." I told him that I wanted that IN writing to document that this was over. He said I would have it in my mailbox within 3-7 business days. After than I called Visa who said no one had called me then forwarded me to my bank who said that NO ONE had called me from any of their divisions today. My bank rep also told me that it is never in their practice to call from a BLOCKED number.

I called the FTC to file another complaint, they forwarded me to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau where I submitted an complete report typed by a CFPB representative verbatim. She will be submitting that for me anonymously because ALL I want are for these people to STOP what they're doing. The initial phone call threatening legal action seems like a scare tactic to get you to pay them.

I worry for younger and older adults that think that they should just pay them outright and avoid litigation. There is SO much information on the FTC's website talking about these exact same scams. Take the time (no matter how long it takes) to submit a complaint to the CFPB. It may help you and other people in the future. For the record, the FTC also states that YOU have just enough clout asking for a interest rate reduction than some random company on your behalf. And also, according to my bank rep, under the Obama Administration, a law was passed stating that financial institutions cannot offer a interest rate reduction unless you have come upon a hardship like losing a job, illness, etc.

Wanted to let y'all know what is going on with these folks in case you're still being harassed.

-you know I enrolled in this program with this company in may of last year and I was very happy with the results. I am excited about getting my credit cards all paid off! so far it is going well I was given a financial person (Robert) and he has been great with explaining everything to me. Not only am I all in with them but I recommended my ex-husband (he helped get me in debt in the first place) and he enrolled the following week and loved the savings too!

Kimberly M Coarse owns this number:  She was outed as a scammer and was caught by local officials  for "HOME SOLICITATION WITHOUT A LICENSE". She pleaded no contest as part of plea deal

    (Source check Seminole Country records).

She no longer runs the websites above, but the phone number still works. Answering as "Customer Care". Seems the plea deal and the ~$1000 fine wasn't enough to deter good old Kimberly from selling snake oil.

What she might be doing may not be illegal, it should be. Don't know why all these scams seem to originate from Orlando Florida. Its like they have conferences there on how to scam.
