    no one one the line when answered.
    I'll have to check my notes, but I think this is a Verizon call center that I already dealt with before.

    If it's the same, I've already told them explicitly to remove me from their call list.  Also note, that they do not follow any Do Not Call list.

    I just received another call from this number and, again, no one was on the other line. I actually called back the number and it is a Verizon call center. Although annoying, knowing this makes these calls much less creepy.

    If you answer - they immediately hang up.  It's definitely Verizon's local call center (which is NOT affiliated with the central Verizon Wireless somehow).

    I've asked them before (documented) to remove me from their call list and now they're calling again.  Looks like another FCC violation for Verizon.

    I suggest other follow suit and file.

    I received a call from this number too.
    The caller knew that I can upgrade my phone, and offered that they'll give a new phone and promotion for minutes...like 100 more minutes a month.., which is unbelievable. He said it is only calling exclusive promotion that is not on the website. Isn't it weird? The number is not listed on Verizon website.....
    I told him, I am gonna call back if I am decided about the phone upgrade...but I think it could be a kind of scam...too good promotion from Verizon...

    I called to the verizon wireless call center by dialing *611, and they verified the promotion is true.
    Maybe they want to catch people who could leave the service.
