I received a call from this company to set up a conference call for today. Does anyone have any experience with them? It would seem they are similar to House Values?

I received a phone call today from them asking me if they can set up a conference call with Jeff Guthrie. I could not fully understand the person that was calling but I agreed to hear the speal. Does anyone have any experience with these people?
