Got a call saying they were from Fischner and Associates about a possible summons. 800-895-9216 was given as callback but the call came to me on a caller ID blocked line. No record of Fischner and Associates that I could find on the web, but they did have my name. Waiting to see if they call back again to see what this seeming scam might be.

I also received a similar call with the same mo., is this legal to misrepresent yourself being from one company and then saying you are from another as well as making the threat of a summons?

i get calls from this christian alkana asking me to make payments on some bank account i had a long time ago and if i cant pay then i can just go to court he is a joke

this christian alkana keeps calling me about some payments in his office he says i owe he is full of it plus the message he leaves is all over the place he is stuttering and say ummm like he is not sure what he is talking about i am ready to report this phone # and this guy..................

This same Christian guy keeps calling me and my wife about a business we used to own and saying the same thing about a summons.  Can't figure for the life of me how he got my wife's work number.
