Robo call that asks for a person who doesn't even live here. There is no way to get to an actual person to tell them they have the wrong phone number.

They called and harassed me, would not be honest with me about who they were

Yeah, your information is 11 years too late. By the way, why didn't you give the name of this "collection company for many hospitals"? And why did you look up the number when you already know who it belongs to?

Stop  calling here if your not looking for Dory then stop cause I'm the only one that lives here

I for several weeks I have received phone calls from this number... Sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. They never leave a message. I assume it is not a reputable business. They call every Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. The other calls come at random times throughout the day.

Debt collector.  They don't leave messages for various reasons.  Your inability to read leaves you at a disadvantage.

PennCredit (www.penncredit.com) is a collection agency located in Harrisburg, PA.  Called their main number (800-900-1380) to inquire why keep calling and no message left.  Apparently they are looking for a Demetrius Parker.  She mentioned that she would not call again.  We'll see ...

I get about 8-10 calls per week for months.  No message is ever left.  I don't owe any medical bills, so this is a scam. The number that comes up is 800-900-12382

+1 (800) 900-1382 this. This number  has started calling me multiple times a day recently. They say they’re from Penn credit  and say my deceased father inlaw from 7 years ago owes money. Date of service for this “owed” money was from 6 months after home was sold. They are a total scam.

Caller asked for me to verify my address.  would not identify why or who they were.
