This is Jason Webb. I REQUIRE you to call me. My number is 800-901-4731.         these calls come morning, afternoon and evening.  we are on the no call list. want them stopped

I get numerous calls from a John Hernandez from this number.  They are looking for my wife but calling my job, my mom, grandmother, etc.  They need to be fined for harrassment.  Not sure how they got my mom's number or my work number, but they do not stop calling!  I'm about to get fired from my job when they are looking for my wife, not me.

asking for references without my consent

I hang up as soon as I hear that it is an automated call.  We recently moved here and was assigned this phone number which apparently belonged to someone who skipped out on paying a bill.  With automated calls, how can they be stopped when they (automated callers) aren't concerned with whether they have the person they are calling or that it just may be a wrong number.

Keep getting calls for a man that my husband and I do not know.  Told a John Hernandez that he is not nor ever was at this address.  This [***] had the nerve to tell me to tell this person that he shouldn't use my number.  I don't even know who he is.  They have been calling for over a year.  Had it out with them on the phone today.  Called back and they identified themselves as Encore and when I said I thought that I called Bank of America, the operator said that they were, but I asked her again, I thought you said that you are Encore, yes but we are a part of Bank of America too. What a bunch of liars.  I understand that they are trying to make a buck, but we have repeatly told them that this person that they are looking for is not here.  I suppose you have to be a liar to catch a liar.  But please leave the ones that don't owe money  alone.
