called my phone did not leave a message when i called the number back there recording answered credit and check filing incorparated

Answered call and was then hung up on when I spoke

Messaged left from Mike Andrew about him receiving documents that contains personal information.
I called back and was prompt by Credit Check File Inc???

Also received message today from Mike Andrew.  States he received documents with our personal information and social security attached to them and they found discrepencies.  Asked for us to call them back.  When called the company was something about credit checks....I hung up assuming if its real they will call back.

Just to let you all know....this is a collection agency.  So for those who do not wish to pay their bills I guess you would consider them a scammer!

lala....sorry lala there is a lot of collection companies that are scammers and also a lot of collection companies violating the fdcpa law,,,being that said there nothing but low-life's...

I am guessing since you know the lawyer's name behind this collection agency and the tone of your response, you are probably an employee of this company.

For the rest, I have had several calls from this company threatening all kinds of legal action for the past year or more. They tell me that I took out a payday load that I did not repay and I owe them money. When asked to provide me with some sort of proof that I owe the money they claim, they get extremely beligerent and resort to name calling. I have asked several times that they stop calling me until they provide me with my simple request.

I don't feel I am being outrageous in asking for proof of debt, since they claim that the load was taken out almost 6 years ago. I have never had a payday loan, so I am very sceptical that this company is legit.

Just report them to your states attorney general. They are trolling for people who dont know better and will just send them money.

called my son's house several times telling him they had his ss number on some documents. my son who works for a bank called them back he refused to give them his ss number but gave his name and phone number. they said they had nothing on him and then they said is was for me. well isnt it strange that they dont have my ss number and they dont have my phone number or my address. if they want me so badly why dont they look me up in the phone book or send me a letter. I filed b'ruptcy  in 05 after a divorce. i do not owe anyone any money. they also told my son they were a pre-legal service what ever that is.

Received message today and last week from the office of Frank Galbo (sounded like Elbow to me). Stating that they received documents with my personal information and social security attached to them and they found discrepencies.  Told me to call back.  I will not be calling back.  I'm just annoyed that some scam company has my cell phone number.

what a joke. i recieved a call today as well, people make me sick. quit trying to steal money from inoccent people and get a real job!! and quit calling my phone, it isn't going to work

I just received the same message from mike andrews about ssn & name on docs.  am glad people have posted replies about this cuz i'm not gonna call them back.  i don't owe anybody anything and if they really want to contact me they can send me a letter.  they are probably searching for some of my deadbeat relatives.......

person claiming to be Mike Cruz from the "law office" of Frank Galbo concerning legal action on some accounts...told him not to call back

I too have gotten the calls saying that my email was used and my exwifes bank account was used for a payday loan for 2400. neither me or my exwife could have EVER gotten something that big. i kept getting calls saying i was going to be sued etc etc. so i called back and said that i was talkin to my lawyer and he told me that i am no longer supposed to speak with them until futher notice.  havent heard from them since.
