2nd attempt to contact, your failure to return call can result in court case with additional fees call 800 906 2003

Court fees are set in stone and they are not contingent on whether you return a phone call.  This is simply an extortion tactic to scare you into thinking that if you don't call them back that you will end up in court paying extra money over the fact that you did not call them back.  It is all BS.

Someone called and said to call this number back or else I would have a court case against me without my knowledge. As I work in the legal profession, this is simply not possible. I believe this is a scam.

You work in the legal profession and you only "believe" that this is a scam, you don't know for sure?

Got the same exact call just now.

Said they where with processing Dept and that I had been notified 45 days previously and that if they did not hear from me in 24 hours case would be decided against me.
