I had gotten a call from 800-313-2300, when I called this number I finally after punching buttons was given the above number as the customer service number, I was told they had nothing to do with WDI Safe ID which was the name showing on my bank account where they had debited my debit card for 19.95, the 313-2300 number is some kind of sex line, I am a 72 year old woman and sure did not sign up for this.  I do not know how they got my debit card number.

I had the same thing happen to me.  They took out $2.98 two weeks ago, and now $19.95.  Nobody seems to know how to stop this.  I want it stopped and my money put back in since I am on disablity I can't afford this.
How do we go about doing it?

I too was roped into this scam.  but after many phone calls I was able to get the correct number and name of the company.  The company name is: I D Watchdog and their phone number is : 1-800-970-5182.  I was on hold for over 20 minutes, but got my charges cancelled> no refunds however.  Good Luck!!
