message identified as loancare svc. ctr.
also gave tx# & times to return call
i have not replied!

the same for me, i think my mortgage company sold my information to them....

I called them back after their robot started calling me daily and then continuously after I would hang up!

Wouldn't give me any info about what they do, asked for my personal information and hung up when I asked to speak to a manager.

If my mortgage company sold me out I am going to go nuclear on someone!

So I tracked them down!

They have been authorized by our mortgage company to 'service' our loan, and just have the WORST customer service in the world!

Jerks to Robo-call their own customers over and over again,  and jerks on the phone in person too.

i didn't answer the call, but want to know if anyone has any info on the implications of my loan company giving my info out?

Called @1045am on a weekday.    I answered "Hello?", they hung up...

I recently refi'd my loan with Freedom Mtge.  This is Loancare, the company that services their loans.  This particular call to me is supposed to be a "welcome call."  I spoke with them a week ago and the lady I spoke with was very nice, so all is cool.

It is Loancare for Freedom Mortgage. I recently applied loan from Freedom and got a robot call from loancare asking me to call back. After I called back, it is just a welcome call.

I recently got a mortgage through MoneySource and LoanCare is Servicing it, it is the Welcome call.

I recently purchased a home and now I am getting calls from this # on my cell phone several times per week.  I called this # back from a land line and they immediately asked me for my name and phone number.  I asked who they were and they said, "Loan Care Servicing . . . we may service your mortgage."  Um---"may"???  My loan has already been sold once and "Loan Care Servicing" is not on any of the paperwork I have received from either of those companies (first Prosperity, then Stearns).  I feel that this is a scam.  I wish I could make them stop calling my cell phone.

Stearns Lending uses Loancare for paymemt processing. It should say so right in the paperwork that Stearns sent you with payment instructions.  I also have Stearns.

I just got my first hang up call from this number.
My loan just got purchased by Stearns and Loan Care does process my payments.  Thanks for the information as to who is calling and hanging up.

Loan Care servicing a loan you recently executed on... I have good relation with them... Legit call.

This is legit - LoanCare.com  I just refinanced my home; they are servicing my loan with Impact Mortgage (and I'm sure with others.)

I just refi'ed with Embrace Home Loans.  I got a call from this number.  Seemed to be legit, but I didn't offer much information.  Odd though, they called me, but when the called ended, she thanked me for calling back?

Called my cell.  Left VM saying they are servicing my mortgage loan.  THEY ARE NOT.  Scam. Now blocked.

They have called several times, and each time I have explained to them I do not have a mortgage - I paid it off many years ago!  As of today's call, they are blocked.

I paid to have a printer repaired and they took my money and no repairs were made. :(
I thought it was odd when I had to pay $300 in gift cards. I guess I learned my lesson now.
