I got a fax, it said they are selling health insurance. and someone asked for it to be faxed. Don't think so! They do not list the company name on the fax.
it also has a number to call to be taken off the fax list. 1-866-395-8075

Keep receiving faxes on health insurance from this company.

Same situation - getting faxes for some type of "Health Plan".  The number they ask you to call is 800-910-0574.  When you call they say they are the "Enrollment Center".  When asked to remove my number from their database, they say they will.  This is the 8th request to be removed.  The idiot that I spoke with there told me that he could not personally remove my number. When told they would be fined, he said - try it - better people have tried and failed.

Same situation here.  I continously get faxes for "health insurance".  It says to call (800) 910-0574 to sign up.  The number on the bottom says to call 1-866-567-1507 to have your name removed from their database.  I've tried it a dozen times, yet the faxes keep coming through.  I finally called 800-910-0574 and told the guy on the other end to remove my number.  He said he would, but the faxes keep coming.  The faxes say "This information is in response to your request.  This is not a solicition."  Complete bull!!!

same here. I called and asked to be removed and harry whos employe id number is 62431 said i was rude to him so I can expect many more faxes from his company .

Unsolicited faxes re health insurance. Narrative states in response to your request. Untrue but one way for them to justify sending since if you request the communication/products/services, they have the right to fax; we, the "bothered" are put in a position of having to disprove that statement. Removal number is 866-567-1507.

Same here I Have called the fax removal line numerous times to be removed. Their advertisement says info is in response to your request. FALSE!!!! I have great insurance. Can the FCC NOT TO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?

Attempt to fax the sheet back to the main line where they answer the phone. I have been getting great pleasure hitting the fax button whenever I pass buy the machine all day.

I put both their contact number 1-866-925-8027 and 1-866-567-1507 to adult site, adult forum, and put free sex.

I did call them back and tell them if I got the fax again, I will see them in the court.
Guess they did not care, thus I submit their number to adult websites, forum and put free sex.   This will keep them bz.

Call their number and the "remove number" from a payphone. IT COST THEM 50 cents for each call. Payphone owners get money for each toll free call made from their phone.  While your there, call several times!!!!!!

Would you add two more numbers to the sex sites? 877-249-6189; 866-257-2075.

This is also a fax insurance scam but the "remove" number (865-257-2075) they put on the fax is some guy in Knoxville Tennessee. The correct fax removal number is 866-257-2075. It could be the same people with different numbers. The only way to combat this is what you're doing. I told the guy in Knoxville I would try to find a way to help him. Since there's no way to identify the people responsible, your solution is the best I know of.
