This is the opt-out number for a fax received at 1:15 AM (!) promoting Asian Investments. I will file my useless FCC report....

Called the opt out number repeated (2 times in January, 4 times in February it's march and I'm still receiving faxes. Somebody please stop them!!!
FCC says a lawsuit could recover up to $ 500.00 per TCPA Violation.
Maybe class action is the way to go

I am tired of calling to be this number to be removed from their list and they don't remove it.

As they are probably advertising for Terra nostra resources I went to the TRN website (www.tnr-corp.com), got their fax # 1-626-796-5999 and sent 20 copies of the same fax to them. After that I will call again to be removed. If they do not remove, I will send 100 copies next time.

I have opted out 4 times and am still receiving faxes about Asian Investment Alert.  It's nearly a daily occurance lately.

I just called Terra Nostra Resources Corp and left phone messages letting them know I've reported them for repeatedly sending unwanted faxes after I have opted out several times.  Their numbers are:  (626) 796-0088 phone;  866-626-0088 toll free;  626-796-5999 fax (although this never picked up)

I have received a number of these faxes myself. I've tried entering my number on their removal line, but to no avail.

I'm guessing that they probably use their removal line as a means of confirming and collecting new numbers to spam, so I did the following:

1) I entered their own number, so they waste money calling themselves.

2) I entered the number to my local police department.

3) I entered 911-911-9111. They'll be in big trouble when they call that one. :D

I suggest everyone call their removal line (1-800-910-3972) and enter the number of every government agency and government official you can think of. When enough of these agencies start getting these calls, something will surely be done about it.

Received another fax from 800-910-3972 ( I have asked to be removed many times) Is there a way for a normal person to file a law suit against them?

5 faxes in the last 10 business days - been trying to remove our number since June, 2006 - am now resorting to contacting the company,  Terra Nostra, and also posted information on them via Yahoo answers so if anyone goes there and asks how to stop these emails.  Forget the markteting company - clog up Terra Nostra with emails and phone calls, especially their investor relations area.  

Company that is doing the faxing is Cyber Communications and I cannot find anything on them.

The removal # isnt theirs. They just picked a number that had an unsubscribe on it. I have been getting these at work as well.
This kind of fax is against the law on more than one level. Sending a fax advertising without prior permission is against the law, so why would they tell you who they are to be removed?

Have received repeated faxes from Asian Investment Alert.  Get the message "We're sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed, Please check your number and try again"

What a waste of paper.

Have asked to opt out on,1/22/2007, 1/26/7, 2/17/07, 2/19/07,2/21/07, 2/26/07, 3/4/7,3/12/07 and today 3/19/07.

Receiving faxed from this organization and when I call the number to stop it, I get an "I'm sorry, there is a problem with the line" repeatedly. I have listed my fax number to not receive junk and this is a waste of supplies and unsolicited garbarge.
