This was from CBE Group, or CVE Group... evidently some new collection firm.

This company also shows up as PHF at 800-910-5399. Never leaves a message

this number calls my cell phone daily.  i don't answer because i don't know who it is. they never leave a message.

I also received a phone call from this number about a half hour ago.  They are calling my cell phone and I have reported the number to my Do Not Call Registry as both my home and cell phone numbers have been registered since last January 29th.  I do not answer any call that I do not recognize the number

Receive daily calls on my business phone from PHF at 800-910-5399. They never leave a message. I read that it is a collections Company. I have no debt in my business.

they call several times a day, never leave a message.  Collection agency that has old numbers.  I answered one time and the person they were calling does not live here but yet they keep calling.  Checked and found they are a collection agency buying very old debts and the people are long gone.  I have had my number less then 5 years, so it must be for previous owner of my number because I have never heard of who they are asking for.  These are bottom feeders collections of very old debt! Very desperate!

Calls, but doesn't leave message. Calls just after 8am or before 8Pm. If this is a debt collector, I've been debt free for 10 years. Also uses phone # 1-800-842-3419 They also call your relatives.

This is a CBE Group robo-call (i.e., computer calls, when you answer it flips over to a live person). It has never left a message with me. I've been told this group represents Capital 1, et.al. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT

This 800-910-5399 is a collection agency trying to collect a 25 year old debt.  They must be desperate as they keep calling and they have been told the person they are calling for died 10 years ago....but they just keep calling up to 9:00 pm.  Why is this allowed when they are told not to call back....they just keep calling, now I'm blocking them....so tired of old debt collectors.

Called and when I answered it, they would not say anything. Came up with PHF and the 800 number.

This is CBE Collections.  They are illegally trying to collect bad debt on accounts they cannot validate.  My sister died over 5 years ago, I've told them this, there is no estate, she was on welfare and passed away from cancer.  Every time they call me it upsets me to the point I am getting a lawyer to stop this illegal harassment as they call at least 5 times a day.  They will have to pay me now!  Tired of these stupid calls

calls started after I blocked other cbe 800 numbers. They don't leave msg yet when I did answer previously, they would not tell me why they keep calling.

this is CBE Collections trying to collect invalid debt.  They break all laws in Maryland, call when they are not supposed to, lie to you, call you names and are downright rude.  Reported to Federal collection agency regulators.  They have told me they are monitoring them and getting ready to pull a surprise audit because they have received complaints that they cannot legally validate a debt.

CBE illegals calls after 9:00 pm and before 8:00 AM, which I believe is against the law.  I have all of their numbers now blocked thanks to Verizon.  They cannot legally collect a debt without original documentation that the debt is even owed.  They are being monitored and I intend to sue them for harassment for calling every 10 minutes all hours of the day and night.  I'm a very ill and have a disabled husband and when I did answer, no one was on the phone.  This has to stop now!  Please federal government make these people follow laws....
