I was given the number also by several people that did get paid. All of them received there check or prepaid card for up to $500 except me. I knew I owed for taxes and I told the representative that but she said the would just deduct it from what I owed IRS...and that's what happened. They sent me a letter in the mail with my new balance owed to them. I'm from New Orleans and we still haven't recovered from Katrina. They didn't have to do that for me and I'm grateful that they are here to help us. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't even know about this tax credit. Most of my family (23 people) have checked our credit (which is not the best to begin with) and there is nothing new on it. They do let you know on the call that they will charge fees for there services and if you don't get a check that means you owes child support, student loans, or back taxes. Listen... they can not do this for free. It's as if you went to a H&R Block and they will charge you a fee as well. For those who can't file taxes this is a GOD send. I called the 1-800-913-6787 number today 3/20/2012 and submitted my info to them again to get my money and so has most my family.

Where did you hear that at? Was that Channel 5? If so that was not the Iron Strong Tax company and they never said the name of the company.The people that was on the news were people that did not let the customer know anything about what the tax credit was. When I called the company they let me and my family know what it was and restated it at the end of the conversation and let me know that this conversation was being recorded for my security and there's.

Correction... If it was channel 5 it was Advanced Tax Service. Again these people did not let the customer know what kind of tax credit it was and they said it was the Obama Stimulus Plan Credit... not the American Opportunity Tax Credit.

How do u explain getting $500.00 when the IRS deposited $1750.00 into their account. Call the IRS and see what they sent them and compare it to what u got. If u got a refund good for u, but think of all those who they scammed and wonder if it will be u next year. I still say I do not owe anyone anything and waiting to see if they try to use my info this year they will get a surprise from the IRS...

My sisther and I called and we got our 5.00 check,it toke about 6 to 8 months but we got ours.

I just wanted to make you feel secure that your info will not be sold or used in any unprofessional way. As mentioned to you before that as long as you are not filing your taxes,as long as no one else will claim you on there taxes, and if you do not owe any government agencies, child support, or are in default of school loans...you will receive a check from the IRS for up to $500.00 as long as the IRS agrees with what you've stated once they process your application. I do believe you stated that you called my company in October but after looking through my system we do not show a Nancy in October but we do have 2 Nancy's in late September. Nancy R. and Nancy J. if you are one of these persons please feel free to call me at the 1-800 number and ask for Tony and I will speak to you directly about you status. Please understand that our lines stay busy from the time we open until the time we close with callers calling in to apply as well. I have help thousands of people receive money that they otherwise wouldn't have known about.

As any residential number or business number there other companies that has had it previously so my company name may not always come up when doing research on this number.

My company is called Ironstrong LLC...we are a inbound/outbound call center FOR a tax preparer, We ask you the pre-qual questions and if you answer correctly then we take you information and submit your information to Tax Preparer...she will then submit your information to the IRS. If you have been truthful on your application then in 4-12 weeks the IRS will issue you a check for up to $500 to the mailing address provided. The only time that you will not receive a check is if you owe money to the IRS, Child Support Agencies, Student Loans, if you have already filed your taxes or SOMEONE has claimed you on there taxes.

This is the only reasons that you will be declined.
The people that are declined are the only people that say we are a scam because they lied on there application.

My 1-800 number would not be as popular as it is if this was a scam.

These people are a fraud they took my money and can give me a reason. Keep blaming it on everyone but who the real crook is the one who took your information and shared it with his buddies. Yeah the joke is on me but God sits high and looks low. You all took honest, helpless, disabled people money and personal information and used it line your pockets. I am mad as hell but just as well as you got me someone or something (like jail) will get you.  When you there in jail and get your azzez whip remember that is fro somebodies grandmother,grandfather, aunt or uncle.

If there is a problem with your application them you need to call/email me so we can resolve your issue. Saying that I'm a crook and lining my pockets with your money is not the case. I have over 4000 people calling me every year that apply and are successfully paid out if they aren't lying when they call to apply. If I'm stealing money then how did you get my number and give me all of your personal info. You got my number from someone you know and trust that has gone through the process and has been successfully paid. Stop being cowards hiding behind your computers and faked users names that I can't verify in my system and call you to let you know what happened. I have not stolen anyone's money or used anyone's personal info.

I have been waiting since march with no check and can't get nobody to answer any of my calls.This company states that they or open from10am to 3pm. But no one ever answers there phone its alway a recorded message. So when I start calling at 9:59am with no one picking up and I just keep hitting redail there is no answer. But when they are closed there is a up beat recording letting you no they have gone home for the day.
IRONSTRONG TAX IS A SCAM!

I have been waiting 24 weeks and I have not gotten anything from this company. I have been calling this1-800 number evey15 mins. with the recording saying there is no one available to take my call. How is it possible that nobody can ever get anybody to answer the phone. So the post about the owner going to jail is true. But when you call after the is closed, the recording says that you are to wait 12 weeks for your money, but thats a lie also. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IRONSTRONG TAX LLC. WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALL.
SCAM WRITTEN ALL THIS TAX REFUND.

To the person who had to say that the company he owns had nothing to do with him going to jail.  But all of the negative post for 2015 he has comment, he knows he did not do right by the who trusted him because that was money needed. So shame on you for misleading these people.

They've had my personal information since April. Haven't heard nothing yet. Won't answer their phone.

You should contact your attorney general in your state.  Talk to the agency that handles fraud.  If they can't help you, they can refer you to some agency that can.  You may simply have been defrauded and there may be no money available for restitution. I'm thinking.
