This number is for Midland Credit Management.  A debt collector.  They call multiple times but won't leave a message.

Yes, it does look like they are using this phone number and trying to contact you over an unresolved debt that you owe.

Received call @ 9:01 AM (EST). Caller I.D. showed: "TOLL FREE CALL". I did not answer and no message was left on my voice mail.

Absolutely right, and everyone remember they can’t call you non stop all the time. You can even even sand them a letter true mail, and ask them to do not bother you anymore until you find a solution with your financial situation.

Guy was a total jerk when I called back. Asked me why I was asking so many questions.  F that guy.

I called this nunber back and they were asking for someone else altogether. Don't even know why my number is listed as I do not even know the person they are calling for on any level.  This is frustrating.-.

Easily solved with a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  Most likely your number was listed as that persons phone number somewhere on the internet or on their credit report.

Called me at 5:54am  !!! Answer and they don't say anything.

I don't answer numbers I don't know. No message left. From other reviews must be this Midland Credit.

What we learned from your post is that you are dodging debt collectors by not answering your phone?

So what if he is. They are calling fron different numbers at all hours of the day and not leaving voicemail. I call that harassment and entrapment. Debt Collectors are scum.
