I have several checks that were returned, very sorry my mistake. These checks were written to Krogers located in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
Had relocated and am just now realizing. The checks to the best of my knowledge are as follows:
112.76 dated 02-10-09
75.13  dated 02-11-09
171.87 dated 02-04-09
including the "check fees" this total is $434.76.
If this agrees with your records will forward money order immediately.

i have been trying to get intouch with your office aboout some checks that was returned i will pay on them before june the 12th  i cannot get thru to talk to a representative on the phone so i have to write this to you here

 Please, please help me. I have no home phone, and have used all my minutes on my cell trying to resolve this. This check bounced due to bank error. They have re-imbursed me everything but the $27.50 bounce check fee. In order for me to get re-imbursed, the bank HAS to get a letter,  preferably fax, showing the amount of the check, itemized, CLEARLY stating, that there was a charge of $27.50. A fax was finally received, 3 days later, but it did not even mention the additional fee.
   The fax was signed Jeanette Watson, Collections Supervisor.
   Can you please create a new fax, with the information I stated 3 days ago, and in this correspondance, to 1-812-524-7622.
   I have been a life long customer, and my Father-in-Law has worked for your company for a few weeks shy of 20 YEARS. This will not stop me from never shopping at your store again, if this matter does not get resolved ASAP. As of tommorrow, I will be waiting for 4 days. I run a fax machine at work also, and they ALWAYS get faxed the same day as requested.

I need to speak with someone about a supposed check that was written to Kroger and failed to be honored? I don't know if this is the case, yet I want to be certain. I have never received anything in the mail, nor any phone calls about anything of this nature, yet I cannot write checks at Kroger any longer. Don't post your personal information over the internet, as it is rife with scams. Kroger does NOT conduct business here. 800 Notes is used to trace UNKNOWN numbers.

This is what I did, when I unintentionally bounced a check with them several years ago (forgot to write it down in my check register!):

I called my local Kroger store where I had written the check as soon as I received notifcation from the bank that it had been returned for NSF's. They told me that they had not yet received the check and would call me as soon as it came in. They called me several days later. I went in, covered the check and service charges and picked it up. Very simple...but embarassing, just the same!
