Caller posed as Bank of America, then id'd self as being with "FIA Card Services." Said I owed $5,600 on an old credit card. Sounded bogus; I don't keep credit cards. Bank of America said to file a report with them as having been contacted by a fraudulent company, which I did. They're looking into it.

i had scheduled payments up to 2009 so when i saw this i freaked out but called bank of america and their credit card services department - and it was totally legit. i also checked my online credit card account and all the payments were being made.
