    When they call the auto guy says that I have to stay on line to verify me, then he says ok based on your account info there is sensitive info, but then turns around and says I'm sorry I can't find your account info we have to transfer you to a rep, then puts you on hold for ever and no one ever really picks up I give up after a while and hang up but then they keep calling me back every 45 minutes with the same thing. I work for a bankruptcy company and the name that they say they claim they are is in my list so I have direct access and the phone number they call from doesn't match any phone numbers listed. They say they are called Card services, then the next time they call they say they are card member services, then they call and say they are FIA card services
