- D.J.I got the same... seems like they would like you to think they are giving away a lot of Dodge Durangos. Anyway, I thought "well, what the heck, I could use a pickup truck," so I called. Got Mr. Michael Parker who took my name and phone number, tried to get more information, enough so that he could offer me a seating at a "Promotion in our area, from Premier Discounts, ... a couples giveaway".
From what I can gather, it's a high-pressure sales event, probably for a time-share or discount club, where you sit for a few hours in an evening through their presentation and then are offered opportunity to pick a number out of a hat. If you get the "#1", you get the Durango, #2 and you get a gift certificate for $25,000, and #3 another prize, worth not less than a Toshiba laptop computer, some $300 or $400 worth.
Through data mining, they seem to have compiled a list of people to call to lure into their sales scheme. I think we will let this one pass.- Caller: "Premier Discounts"

- LMTI just got a call that I was a top winner of a DREAM vacation. Funny but I did enter a contest with the Travel Channel called DREAM VACATION SWEEPSTAKES and the winner was to be notified yesterday. So I was hoping... and it was some strange scam.

- MarkWell, I'm glad I checked here first then, because I was just called last night about winning that Durango. It just sounded like it had to be a scam when they said it was iin my best initerest to call them back.
- KellyThey called me today and told me I was 1 of few to be a guaranteed top prize winner of a dream vacation and all I have to do is sit through a 60 minute presentation about the multi-million dollar company. They said they are not trying to sell anything and we don't have to pay anything just pay for tax which can be anywhere from $30.00 to $90.00. You go to the presentation so next time you or a family member wanna travel they will use this company. And then after the presentation you pick a scratch card and can win 1 of 3 all expense paid vacation. Sounds too good to be true....

- JoReceived a call 4/9/13@ 11:28 AM, saying I received a dream vacation and I needed to call back to redeem my prize.
I called back and asked they remove my number from the list, because I was on the Federal DNCL.
She said I filled out a form (which was total bull), because they don't violate the law. I asked for proof and she said my number would be removed. Let's see how affective that is.- Caller: Prize Claim

She also said the same thing that y'all have mentioned about how "it would be in my best interest to call them back and claim my prize". In my best interest? Wow!!! - JojoGot the same message about the prize of a Dodge Durango from Amber Watts. I keep getting different calls like this from bogus companies with prizes being offered and I'm on the Do Not Call List. What a waste. When I first started getting these calls, I actually thought I had won. Then I started to goggle these phone numbers and it always shows up as a scam. Thanks to all for responding and hopefully helping the next victim.
