They are crazy aggressive with their calls. Usually 3-5 or more times DAILY!!!

Calling about past due auto loan. Legitimate call.

This is not a legitimate call as poster above seems to believe.  This number is calling and leaving text messages that a tax refund of 129.50 is avalible to be electronicaly transfered to my account. There is no refund this is a 100% scam designed to bilk your bank account. Scam 100%

They keep calling leaving voicemails to call them.  They do not answer when they are called back.

Keeps calling, leaving messages to call back between 8am-8pm

Caller left voice mail stating, "you must return my call by 8pm". They did not leave a company name, obly this number: 800.920.0482. It seems skichy, so I did not return the call.

What company leaves a message to call them back without their name and company name. They did leave phone number 800 920 0482 and to call back between the hours of 8-8 central time.

This was the number left to have me call in the voicemail. I was late on my car payment, and it was GM Financial. They called from 2107676264

Calling a couple times a day.. Leaves me a number to call back, but don't say who they are.  The number doesn't even show up on my phone as a missed call.  If they can't tell me who they are, then I don't call back. Simple enough

GM Financial calling from 210-767-6264 about a late payment but it was a mistake in their system since I had a 2 month hardship extension, I called the # on my statement 877-203-5517 and the woman I spoke to said it was happening to a lot of people on extensions, she apologized, put me on hold for a minute and fixed it, she said I should not receive any more of these calls.

That post was clearly made 2 years ago.  Who knows what happened then?

Their website says there is no need to call (due to pandemic) if you will have a late payment. They are waiving late fees. But I did speak with them and let them know it would be paid by the end of the month. Only this month is late. However, they still call to make threats.

Live call.  I could hear person on other end but they didn't say anything and hung up after a several seconds.

I gave been getting calls from this number since June 2024. Then they started calling from 855-719-9695. I have no idea why they are calling me especially on my cellphone because I don't give my cellphone to anyone but family and medical personnel.  It is GM Financial and I have never ever financed anything with them. The last car I bought in my name was back in 2007 and it was financed through a local bank where I worked. I actually paid the loan off early.
I  don't answer and have since blocked the number.
