Cancel my service Immediately i was to recieve a 30 day trial on this service not only did I not recieve that but I have not recieved any mailing info as i was told that would be done. Iwant the 1.00 you and your company took upon yourselves to remove from mymbank account without authorization to be replaced immediately. because of your unauthorized withdrawal you have overdrawn my bank account. I expect those funds to be replaced within 2-5 business days. what kind of company runs their business as you are doing? If I did not know any better by all the negative feedback and negative opinions Ive already read about your company makes me believe you guys may be running a bit of a scam. All I know is that the 1.00 you took from my bank account better reappear real fast. I also except a response concerning this situation.

get this: i called my bank 1-800-975-hsbc (4722) BUT*dialed 800-975-7422,
and "discovered" this service. it said, for more info on this a text
will be sent to your phone. (blip) and for more information, please
dial zero, or some thing ...." // whats 'even more' strangely curious,
the HSBC bank ( here in Buffalo) is in the process of being sold,
so the idea that the bank was using this as a way to inform customers
was very plausible.
i immediately called my-sprint, and reported the problem
and they blocked the the 'smart' code (text).
soo hopefully, no bs.

what the ???? is this,   texts coming often.....when you do get to a person they intentionalyy disconnect.......I will report to our Attorney General on Monday......also shortly after several attempts to reach someone  I got a call from 901-248-7430  and when I call back I get message that this is a non working #  .......so 2 # will be reported to Attorney General on Mon june 27, 2011

All of you need to contact your bank to get them to reject the charges.  And you need to contact the company that is making the charges to ask them to stop.

They are trying to stick me with a service I never ordered.

this unwanted messaging about some kind of coupons is on this and the email tells you to text stop to cancel this offer. it doesn't, we just keep getting calls and wi'll turn them if something isn't done to this text.

we keep getting these unwanted text about coupons for nine dollars ninty nine cents. they tell you to text : stop: to cancel this opertunity. does not work, they just keep calling. this had better stop

I called to activate a credit card (800.887.1403) but mistyped the number (800.877.1403) and was told that the number had changed and that I would receive a text with more information. The 254-34 short code sent me the message that everyone here is talking about. This happened today, so I do not know if they will try to bill me or not. I plan to talk to my provider, and took a screen shot of the text message.
