It comes up as "Zenith Solution" on caller ID. Just ran a check, two came up ... one ;as Citizens Telecom Collections Dept, and the other is frontier. Very odd for a phone company. They never leave a message.

Picked up phone when it rang and got automated message. Woman's voice saying she was "Mrs. Card" from Frontier Telephone Company, and she would love to talk with me about various offers, so please call 1-800-921-8105.
Yet another call in a recent slew of suspicious ones: I received one from a woman claiming to be compiling business information for an online business networking database, but what she really wanted to know was whether she had reached a home office number. My mother, at a different address and telephone number from me, got a call from someone claiming to be creating an alumni directory - she knew already which high school my mom graduated from. My mother also got a call from Babies to Bee, claiming that I had ordered free samples from their website, but they wanted to confirm personally with me before they sent it, so could they please have my email and phone number. Thankfully my mom did not give them out.
DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE IF YOU DID NOT INITIATE THE CALL AND ARE SURE YOU HAVE REACHED YOUR INTENDED PARTY. With the huge mass of unprotected information out there now on social and business networking sites, a complete stranger can make him/herself sound legit by digging up a relatively obscure fact about you.You might choose "private" for your own networking sites, but among your friends and their friends, there WILL be sites that are public.

The call is from Frontier Communications Collections. They want you to pay your Telephone Bill.

Pretending to be my phone company and pretending I am delinquent they leave a message from their collection dept.  I bother to call back - wait - to tell some jerk 'uh no jerk I have NO ACCOUNT STOP CALLING'.

Great - if you happen to actually HAVE a Frontier acct??? But I don't!!!

It really is Frontier Communications. Whether it's automated or not I am uncertain. We have a phone with them for when the kids are home after school, basically just for emergencies, but we do have internet with them as well. It's expensive, but the customer service is pretty exceptional. They will arrange payments with you. If you're not with their  company I'm sure you could call their Customer Service Department and request that they take you off of their list. It's 1-800-921-8101

Dunno why Frontier would be calling me...they do not even offer service in my area...nearest their service gets to where I live is 50 miles away.

I get a call every month from a Frontier number.  My payment is automatic every month on the same day but apparently they are hurting for money and need it a day or two early.  smh.

I didn't recognize the number and since it was an 800 number, I didn't answer. The voice mail said they have an important message about my account. But I don't have an account with them. I will call the above customer service # given by "LadyOrchard" and will request they not bother me again.

Frontier. My card expired so my auto payment weren't going thru. I updated my card but apparently the auto pay (which was the page I was on) didn't sign me up. Calling about my 2 month bill. Which I paid yesterday online while talking to an onine rep with Frontier.

They were trying yet again to reach a Dustin James, who apparently had this phone number before me.  I have had it for four years.  His account is overdue.  They have called me multiple times over the years.  On this plan, every time they call me, it costs me two dollars.  I never heard of this man, and they do not believe me.

Got a voicemail from these guys saying that they were frontier communications and wanted to talk to me about my account.  I don't have an account with frontier communications. There was no phone number listed, it came in as unknown.

Yeah these are thieves. They got me for $87 posing as frontier. They had my info already when i called. Acct info. Everything. Woman goes by name of sam (sometimes) also a man. I think they say they are in texas.  If u ask supervisor u never get one.

Got a call from 8009218105 claiming she is the collector for Frontier. She would not give information on the account she claimed was delinquent due to privacy act. We told her the service of Frontier was terrible. She gave the same number for us to complain. The account was on auto draft and has never been late! A lot of crooks out there.

I am calling to pay bill

Not frontier, despite what ithers are reporting. They claim to be from frontier but had nothing but autimated prompts and ads from everytging (including at&t)

800-921-8105 called and left a message stating there has been a change to my account and they would like to discuss it with me. So Instead of calling the number they left in my voicemail I called 844-846-9972 as it’s the customer service number listed for the company. I spoke with a representative (since I do have their services) and was informed it was NOT them
