Says Frontier but I doubt it.

It is Frontier accounts receivable/collections department. I manage my account and pay my bills with them on line. I usually wait until the last day to pay the due amount. For some strange reason, it takes about five days for it to register with that department and they start calling, but seldom leave a message. I called back said it was annoying and cussed them out a couple of times. Also asked why they just didn't send me an email since they have that?
Hasn't worked!... two calls again early this AM. Would dump them but the Fios service is pretty good albeit a bit expensive.

I got a call from the number and went to voicemail “this is lance from frontier communication on a recorded line...”. Well I just paid my bill and so I called the actually frontier number off the website and they said there is nothing wrong with my account.  So complete scam!!!! Don’t fall for it

Constant calls with no message left. Typical SCAMMERS!!!!!

Got automated call when nothing wrong with my account. They were just here 3 days ago changing out a fried router.

They claim to be from Frontier Communications but I have my doubts. They called about a number we had disconnected two years ago, which is odd. The woman asked for my PIN right away but I didn't give it to her. She said it was urgent to call them back regarding our bill, which I don't understand because we are not past due or delinquent in payments so I have no idea what they want. At the end of our call, she thanked me for my time and told me to have a nice day but before I could return the gesture, she hung up on me lol.

A scam trying to get money out of folks, even non-customers. Always call back the actual number on their website.

just got same call asking for info etc.
My frontier is always paid 3 wks in advance.  There is no reason for Frontier to call me except to  wish me a happy birthday. SCAM ALERT!!!

I think you are mistaken about the number, since this is their 'Collections' number, according to this website:

It is unlikely they would call anyone once service resumes after an outage, from this number.
