Just received and it left a voicemail stating my Verizon account was going to be suspended.
I called Verizon to see what was going on and they said it was a fishing robot call.

Transcript: To speak to a representative, press two. Do your Verizon Wireless Customer? Your account has been suspended for verification to reactivate your account using the automated system, press one to speak to a representative, press two.

Same thing happened to me just a minute ago, and it asked for the last 4 of my SSN.

Had this happen last night at 10:30 PM.  Told me my account had been suspended and to enter the last 4 digits of my social.

Calling from Verizon saying my account was going to be suspended.  I don’t even have Verizon.

Both my hubby & I got this scam call within minutes of each other. Same as everybody else. My hubby answered his phone and got the phishing/scam spiel about last 4 of ssn. Thankfully, he didn’t fall for it. I got the same call a few minutes later but I didn’t bother answering because I don’t answer numbers that I don’t know. Luckily, the scammers didn’t leave a voicemail on my cell. So, don’t answer this number.

Same message regarding suspension of my account requesting account information to reinstate it. Realizing it was a “scam”, I disconnected.

Funny, they called me on a Verizon cell  phone line saying my Verizon acct has been suspended. Too funny. Damn scammers.

Call claimed to be from Verizon to start registering my phone for 5G. Caller ID listed it as a potential spam call

I gavr the last four, now what

Prerecorded male voice, supposedly from Verizon offering to upgrade my current Verizon account to 5G by "pressing 1 now".

Called twice - no message

Got robocall advising me that I needed to enter my account pin to upgrade to 5G service. Contacted Verizon who advised that it was a scam.

Just called.  No caller ID. Said it was Verizon and asked that I press 1 to register for 5G and press 2 not to register.

Received bot call.
