The voice said my Verizon account has been inactivated.   Press 1 to reactivate, press 2 to speak with representative.   I pressed 2 and heard music.   After 30 seconds the call disconnected.

The voice said my Verizon account has been inactivated.  Press 1 to reactivate or press 2 to speak to a representative.  I pressed 2 and got a busy signal.  They called 5 days ago and I talked with a rep who sent me an e-mail with a code (I didn't give them my e-mail) and said they needed me to repeat the code to them.

Verizon said my account was suspended.  Wanted my zip code.  Then said service might have problems next few days because of upgrades.  Verified account not suspended, just upgrades.

Got a call, the number said my Verizon service had been suspended.  They started asking for personal information.  I was hesitant to give it to him and asked if I could check online and he told me to suck his you know what and then hung up.
