Scam on Verizon customer service.

Number is close to that of Verizon Wireless. NOT Verizon. Verizon needs to address this. It is not up to the customer!

Scam pretending to be Verizon saying my account has been suspended. I called the number back and get a recording for a survey. It asks if anyone in the house is 60 or older. I didn’t press any buttons. Then it goes into a spiel about about their roadside assistance program and discounts on oil changes. Lol what a bunch of idiots.

Posing as Verizon fraud alert department. Tried to gain access to online account and tried to get me to authorize charges on my account.

Verizon Scam. Don't fall for it. Called my phone after 10PM. Not too bright of them. These lowlifes need to get a damn job.

They asked for my for digit account pin and I have our to them what do I need to do???

Probably call customer service immediately and see what they recommend. Beware if any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement, money deducted from your bank account or questionable bill.~I Was Prepared~JustinCase

You definitely need to call Verizon ASAP!  Go in and change your PIN, too, if they haven't already.  Try to remember to never give out your PIN.  I also got a call last night, 10:36.  Verizon would not call that late.  I hung up and marked it as spam with Google (one of the best things they have come up with!).  Good luck!

SCAM call from this number claiming that my Verizon account was suspended.  Okay that makes no sense since I am using my phone all the time :)

Verizon needs to fix this mess along with all the other scam and robot calls.  EMOUGH

The usual spam ca ll saying account suspended. I did nothing. If you ignore these and do not trespond they should go away. But agree Verizon should offer some kind of blocking.

This is scam call. Pretty annoying.

Called and left no message. Blocked my number and called back. went to a recorded line and when I got an individual they identified as "Medical Alert Company".

Called last night and twice today.  I answered last night but hung up immediately.  Never answered today.  Just wasting my time.

Hang up, Block the number, and do not push any of the numbers rrquested in this call.
It is NOT Verizon.
Hopefully they'll end up in jail. Jerks.

It is a recording that comes on stating it's from Verizon and my account is being suspended.  Push 1 for something and push 2 for customer service.  I did push 2 but it just plays music until you make a sound and then it disconnects

i just had the same happen to me but since she couldnt tell me why she called i hung up the robo voice sounded legit though which has me wondering is does verizon have some one on the inside helping these guys?

Scam.  Threatened to cut service.
