Have been leaving 5 second voicemails on my phone every day for the past few days

Spam using Verizon wireless caller ID

Phone rang, I answered it.  The caller fumbled to say something.  They said Brooklyn and hung up.

3 calls in 2 days. Voicemail message said "representative press 2".

Called , no voicemail, called it back said not working number hmmm

said my account is closed. call them if I want it back.

Said my verizon account was suspended and press 1 or 2 to speak with someone.  Sure thing.  i'll get right on that....bozos.

Just called. Said toll free number. Didn’t answer.

Received two of these calls within the past hour. Message says my Verizon account has been suspended, press 1 to reactivate, press 2 to speak to a representative. First time I hung up and called Verizon directly, nothing wrong with my account and no evidence that anyone from Verizon was trying to contact me. Second call I pressed 2 to speak to a representative and the line went to fast busy.
This is a Phishing scam call, just hang up, do not enter any passwords, PIN numbers or provide any personal information to these scammers. If you are worried, hang up and call Verizon yourself using the customer service number on your bill. That way you know you are speaking with an actual Verizon representative.

Same thing saying my verizon acct suspended.

I received tbe same type of call today saying my number was suspended and I chose the option to speak to a representative in a man answer the phone and I said you're from Verizon I said that's funny my bill is paid.  He said that he was Verizon IT security and I said oh hold one second but he hung up.  Every time I tried the number it disconnected.

800-922-0307 has called twice within 1 hour. Didn’t pick up because I don’t recognize the number and didn’t leave a voice mail. What fresh hell is this!

Just got call saying my Verizon service suspended. Hit 1 or 2 don't remember which but I just paid bill so I suspected scam call.

Same stuff, account has been suspended,  etc. hang up and block the #. Verizon actually OWES me $$. lol.

Said from Verizon and acct. suspended.  Hang up on them - not Verizon.

Just got a call from this number, it said "your version wireless account suspended for verification" I pressed "1" : The person answered with very hard foreign ascent...

The message said my account was suppended and to press 2 to talk to a rep

My husband and I got the same call about 20 minutes apart on our phones. The person that called my husband's phone had a very pronounced East Indian accent which prompted my husband to ask if they could put a person on the line that could speak clearer English.  The caller hung up.  I heard the part about my Verizon account will be closed if I didn't verify my account information.  I hung up and promptly Blocked the number!
