Called twice today - I didn't answer; but left a pre-recorded message asking me to log into a website for an AT&T wireless rebate.

Automated message saying to sign in for an AT&T $39 rebate.

Automated call asked me to me to log into my At&t  account and receive or review a credit of $39.00

I received a call from this number but the message was sp garbled that I couldn't understand it, so I ended the call.

Got the same message. called local verizon gave them the number and they said it was a scam.
