Who is this?

West Asset Management. Real scumbags even by collection scumbag standards. They called around a month ago 3 times in 2 hours. Which is harrassment. They did not send anything in writing since then (required to send within 5 days). Just called back twice in 2 minutes. We do not have any unpaid debts. These people do not care. Even if you do, check standards of limitations. Remember they 'buy' accounts for pennies maybe fraction of a penny on a dollar. Have no proof. And then harrass people to make 500% or more profit for intimdating people. Know your rights. In addition to statue of limitations google FDCPA.

It might be a Scott and White survey number. Which makes sense....But anyhow in today's day and age with so many debt collection people who simply do not care if the things they are trying to collect on are 'real' or not or if even you are the correct person, googling FDCPA is something everyone should do.

Called 11-7-2011 @ 11:08, no message left on working recorder.

This is a Scott and White number asking their health insurance holders if their dependants have any other form of medical or perscription plan.

Called 2-8-2012 @ 13:16, left no message.

This is Scott and White asking if you have any other forms of medical insurance.  They have called several times but finally left a message after about the 5th call.

I'm not sure why these companies think I'll pick up if they call me three times in one day. If I don't pick up the first time, I'm sure as [***] not going to the next two times.

I called the number back from a secured line and it is Scott and White. The system is asking for my account number ... nope ... hung up.

It's probably them calling to [***] about the $4000 life saving MRI I had done, that wasn't "medically necessary" in their opinion and therefore not covered under their own insurance that I had. I pay them $20 a month like I always have so they can go [***] themselves.
