Phishing scam.  Same experience as many others reporting here on calls from similar number, 800-922-1567 (see those details, experiences): female computerized voice ("We value your business") claiming to be from Verizon Wireless, offering $17 credit on next month's bill, to be claimed by logging into account, at a non-Verizon web site, "bonus17.com."  Beware.

Scam pretending to be Verizon. It said go to www.bonus17.com for a $17 rebate. Why doesn't Verizon do something about this? And this is odd. Nobody knows my cell phone number. I don't get scam calls on my cell phone.  How is it they called me? Unless it's from within Verizon.
