This number/person claims to be from a loan agency.  They are fraudulent.

They prey on people with bad credit and advise they will give a  loan for $5000.00.

They convince the  client to send $ 500.00 insurnce money for the loan. The client then never receives the loan.

My friend was recently talked into doing this. Now after searching this is what we find out. Everytime we call the man back he hangs up on us. The money was transferred western union. And was collected right after it was sent to a CANADIAN number. The phone number is listed in New York. Who would you contact about a scheme like this? They have all of her personal information, as well as their bank account information
