Garbled message left on my cellphone at around 8:30 AM.  I think it said "Technical" (there's a new transcript feature but it's not working right -- and I'm really PO'd at Verizon Wireless for trotting this unnecessary "feature" out (I'm NOT hearing impaired, thank you VERY much), instead of actually blocking spam calls like I'm supposedly paying for.  We've already escalated with them over the house line not working (we're on our 3rd T2000 box since the summer because they're crap).  It's a 922 exchange and I almost HOPE that it's Verizon Wireless calling us back because I'm reporting this number as "Scam suspicion"  -- they were supposed to call my husband TOMORROW (and not this early in the day) on HIS cell phone.  Thinking I should smash up the first two t2000 boxes, wrap them up, tape the packages to bricks and throw them through the plate glass window of the "not Verizon" store where we set this plan up (including for the house line -- because Verizon is too cheapass to want to repair the old copper POTS lines any more). But with that, the caller ID actually WORKED, even if we got spam calls all day long.  Now, T2000 box number 2 stopped working (after maybe 4 months) and the bill we just got doesn't even have a breakdown SHOWING that we're paying for their "Call Block Plus" service.  Like I spent two hours with last month in a Chat window where this was PROMISED in the 25 (!) page transcript of the chat session....
