This guy knew my name and my phone number, called to ask about my recent online Walmart experience. I always use my husband member card to shop and never left any of my info to Walmart. It s must be scam. Then they called me again about 4 times and I just blocked this numbers.

Shows as "Walmart Distribution Center" on my phone. They called me a few weeks ago repeatedly 10 times while I was on a work call. As soon as I denied the call, they'd call again within 3 seconds. I put it in vibrate and mute and watched it ring 8 more times after. They called again today and repeatedly dialed... during my work call again, I picked it up. Some Chinese guy with horrible English saying "This is Walmart Chinese consultant." and then proceeds to speak in Chinese asking if I was.. and I hung up. As soon as I hung up, they called back within 3 seconds. I blocked the number. I can speak Chinese. No way this is legit. I don't know how they can spoof the Walmart number but the way they spam called and just started speaking Chinese seems to indicate they are targeting people with Chinese sounding names. I can speak Mandarin, but it's clearly scam.

It's definitely a scamming call.  Somehow, they were able to indicate the Walmart's customer phone number but the persons who were talking to you are not from Walmart at all.  Please be careful!

Called about 10+ times, and says it’s Walmart Chinese customer service. Asked them to speak English, and they hanged up and called back immediately saying Chinese.
Asked me if I get anything back from my last complain to Walmart meanwhile I never left any.

Remember that scammers can spoof caller ID now to make it appear as if the call is truly coming from Walmart or whatever corporation they choose.  If you get an unsolicited call from a number like this, HANG UP, and then call the Walmart corporate office back directly just to verify it's really them who you are speaking with.  This appears to be a phishing attempt, but slightly more sophisticated than the usual scams.

Same thing happened to me. He kept on calling and speaking Chinese. Block!

This number called me 8 times non-stop in one day! The caller speaks Chinese and stated he is from Walmart 'Chinese'. I told him that i dont speak Chinese, and he just continued with more Chinese. I ended up hanging up. I did search the number on Google, and it seems like a legit Walmart customer service, so i called and connected to their customer service. They stated that they will not call but often email if there is order issue... this is probably a new scam ... be aware.

The number called me 3 times on Saturday morning. I picked up the phone and the caller said they were from Walmart. But can only speak Chinese. Definitely a fraud!

Called 3 times at 11:31 PM, 11:32 PM and 11:34 PM. Did not leave message. Not a legitimate call & if WM is spoofed as some have claimed, it’s evidently been going on for several years, as evidenced by all the reports on scam site. Don’t answer and NEVER give them you credit card info.
