calls continue 10 today.I have ask to be put on the do not call list and he told me he was going to ruin my credit.

Its Walmart. I just sent them a hate email about their delivery methods and said I would never order from them online again and they are calling right away. Gotta give them credit for that I guess.

Yes it is WalMart - just to confirm a sale. To prevent credit card fraud.  This is a good call.

Called this number to report that I did not receive part of a online order. Told by recording to "Listen carefully, as the menu has changed". Man came online with a really thick accent, so much so that he was difficult to understand. I proceeded to tell him why I called and he started pushing for me to buy a free hundred dollar gift card and all I had to do was give him my credit card number to pay for shipping and an activation fee, totaling $4.95. I told him I wasn't sure and I would think about it after we discussed the reason I had called. He disregarded what I said and kept pushing me for a credit card number, I became upset telling him I did not want his card and  just want to know where my order is. Again he wants my card number, telling me he will transfer my call to the right department, after I buy this card. I hung up.  I looked this number up and apparently it is a legit number. Now I am confused because it certainly seemed like a scam number. I did check the number I called and it was the 800 925-6278. Just didn't seem right. Just be careful, lot's of scammers out there.

Same thing happened to me..I gave them my credit card later I cancelled my debit card it was very suspicious.

Called me at 1130 pm at night if it was not for call blocking this would have woke me up

Called today (4/29/22) at 11:24, 11:30 and 11:37. I didn't answer but let it go to the answering machine. Message left was "Hi, this is Walmart calling you back. Press 1 to speak with a representative, press 2 to reschedule or press 3 to cancel."

I didn't call them, so they couldn't be calling me back. I haven't had any dealings with them in many years.

Learning from other experiences, it is wise not to press any buttons (can't if it is a message on an answering machine).

I blocked the number after the second call.

Checking the Internet, this appears to be a legitimate number for Walmart customer service. So either they have the wrong number for a real customer or this number is spoofed and either a scam or phishing.

Saying Chinese too.what’s wrong with ppl

This number called me 7 times this afternoon on December 9 until I picked it up. The guy somehow knows my name and insisted on me speaking Chinese while I did not. He did not indicate who he is or why he is calling. He couldn’t get responses in Chinese then he was so upset, he insulted me and hang up quickly. Please be aware of this scam. It’s not Walmart for sure.

There were more than 20 calls from this number  w/o caller ID and they did not leave message, just keep calling 3to4 times seconds.
Google search found this number is from Walmart but I doubt about that.
Be aware of unknown callers.

Call try pretending to be Walmart customer support in CHINESE on a Sunday morning 8 am! Hanging up him 3 times and tell him to speak English and he couldn’t. What type of business will call on a Sunday morning and speak Chinese? Scammer!

This guy knew my name and my phone number, called to ask about my recent online Walmart experience. I always use my husband member card to shop and never left any of my info to Walmart. It s must be scam. Then they called me again about 4 times and I just blocked this numbers.
