I am a business owner who has an employee who is recieving an unheard of amount of calls on my business phone. I get two calls every fiften minuets and then they stop for ten and then resume until nine pm MST. Told the agent to stop calling my phone, it is not the employees personal number. It is the work number. I have been ignored and told that they do not have to stop.
My employee has been notified to take of this immedialty.

Anyone know thier fax number or email address so I can get my lawyer envolved.

Just received a call at my work number and they left a message for me to call CK Marketing at 800-928-3161 regarding a loan I applied for but I did not apply for any loan.  this is the first call I have ever received from this company.

I don't know who you people are.. but I was stupid enough to place my info to get some help.. I want you to know, whoever you people are.. that I'm filling a report against you and your company.. for identity theft!!!

Please do not call this business to make your collection calls. Employee will not be allowed to make call backs from this business.

They left a message at my job and said "Hello Theresa"   Stating they are responding to a loan  request I submitted more than a year ago. I have been getting  phone alls for 2 days more than 25-30 in all from loan companies,  say I have been approved for loans to they are collecting on unpaid loans.  I am exhausted.  But do not know how to stop it.

PaydayOnline continues to call my cell phone number and harass me.  They say my name is Elizabeth, which it is not, and insist that I filed for a loan on line.  I've contacted them and told them to quit calling me.  
When I told a caller I was reporting them, she was rude and hung up on me.

These people ask to many personal questions and then deny you. I am really glad I did not take the loan.Too many questions about your job and to mybanker.

Some gal just called from this number---so cool that we can just type it in & see! BTW, she was searching 4my daughter-in-law, not even the same last name. Also I gotta add a beware:I think d-i-law was app'ing 4 a loan. Problem is: they or some1 got her banking information & promptly 'withdrew'-moved-took $89- out of her personal bank account. She is retaliating by going to the bank etc etc. Problem is= she has her weekly child support in there & THAT was all, total in her acct was 87$! I DO not think that these GODforsaken companies should deduct the $ unless or until Verbal/visual ok FROM acct owner (d-in-law)!!
This just so happens to be all that my daughter in law HAS to her name, & the 'caller/company' said they had alot of calls re: $ being taken 'from an inside worker' (hahaha yah rite), n they are returning the$ to a SELECT few that they choose!!! Arrrrrggh! THIS is bs...
there HAS to be a way to track such calls & somehow catch these thieves--the ppl gettting ripped off r usually LOW INCOME folks who r so desperate to make $ that they often lose their 'good thinking' & consider options that they might NOT have if they had the TIME to think it all through & to read the pages & pages (most times) of the 'small print'............

Sent cease & deisist letter to them via fax & mail. Came to work & had 3 messages on the phone here from them one at 11:06 am, 11:15 am & 3:26 pm all on the same day. Will be going to local attorney general office & FTC over this.

Idiots think they are going to leave threatening voicemails at my place of employment.

If your notice was sent CMRR and was received, why not sue the creeps yourself as "EC" suggested here five years ago?

i agree with you. i never applied for a MF loan. these people hack phone numbers and emails..the do not call registry does not work more than half of the time. They want you to think it is useful, but it isn"t.They want you to think something is being done with these harassments...this number called me many times and were looking for a SUSAN PORTER( they probaly used her name too) in my household. two things...there is a fraud who is using my number ..there is proably someone who is using susan porter's name......this advance technology has /is totally disrupting /ruining people's lives. There is no more privacy......i called my cell phone carrier and they told me there is no other person assigned to this number that i had for 7 years....or .....this fly by night company is the one hacking cell/ house numbers and committing fraud.i saved all the numbers they are calling from and i will also file a complaint in the atty general in my state.

I recieved a  call from this number and its funny i did apply for a loan and didnt recieve it, but i dont think it was these people. They asked for my account number and social . Funny how its a 800 number but you get the same people. 800 numbers should be hard to just pick up the phone and get the same person. They claim to be C K Marketing to loan you money.

I get these calls at 730 am. I am pretty sure this is harassment since I don't owe them money or never dealt with them ever. I applied through moneymutual.com but when I found out these loans was just payday advance loans, I never completed my applications. I will not deal with payday advance loans. Now these people call my work phone and cell phone several times a day and sometimes as early as 6 am. I know this is volition of a law I just don't know who to report this to, especially since I am a customer of theirs and do not owe any money.

Called me about a Payday Advance I took out with them, I went past due because according to my bank I did not fully read the disclosure and apparently my personal and account information along with my authorization to do business with this company only were sold to a third party who subsequently decided to just start debiting my personal checking account for ridiculous amounts of money resulting in crazy overdrafts and charges I never authorized from a company I never contacted or gave my express authorization to do business with my account. Weird that my bank tells me that, I didn't know you could turn around and sell an authorization you got from someone to transact through their account.

Anyway, this number is CK Marketing, they are a payday loan company, payday loans suck, if you absolutely have any other way to get the money do it and stay away from payday loan companies.

On a side note, their customer service was really friendly when I took out the advance with them, even though they have called and left a ridiculous amount of messages over the last week (I have a google number so no real phone) I don't think it was any more than say I would get from Capital One when I occasionally overlook a credit card payment.
