keep getting calls from this number all day every day. no one answers and when i call back it says the number is disconnected

8009311719 keeps calling me too and hanging up, when I call back to figure out who that was, I got an automated message stating that the number has not yet been activated !!!!

Same thing just happened to me, this is SO annoying

Hi all! Yes, I too have been getting phone calls by this number. They never leave a message and call about twice a day! So annoying!!

Caller calls, but doesn't say a thing. Calls several times daily and even into the late night.

I answered a call from 800-931-1719 today.  It was a guy from "Capital Rewards" that says that a purchase made with my Visa checkcard at some point in the last 6 months qualified me to win a gas card.  Wanted to confirm my mailing address to which this gas card would be sent. Says nothing will be charged to my checkcard.... I guess we'll see!
